前兩個月食過依間喺北角嘅餐廳,覺得唔錯,今日去咗將軍澳寶琳,就係依間分店再食多次。環境幽靜,傾偈好好。服務員態度都好好。叫咗個油甘魚鮫,好多肉,吾錯。燒全條魷魚,個汁好味。海膽天婦羅,全舊食未必食到海膽味,其實裏便啲海膽都唔少,拆開嚟食都唔錯。上次食唔到牛三味串燒,今次食到,牛舌好大塊好好食,一口牛都好霖,仲有牛肉包住蘆筍好夾。今次都有食芝士牛丼,水準keep到,啲日本米好好食,一碗好快就食晒。未去日本之前,又係一餐開心嘅日式晚餐。

暑假的機票酒店樣樣貴,還是留港消費。 去不了日本,也可以光顧日式餐廳。反正小米暑期興趣班排得滿滿的,已經沒有閒暇到外地旅行。   今日小米興趣班完結後,順便在附近商場晚餐。而小米多次表示想食日本菜,最終選擇這家日系餐廳。就座後,先做最重要的事 : 點菜        手機下單後,才有心情細看店內環境。很多紅色佈置,就連餐巾都是紅色,感覺店東喜火,也許火為用神。 海之天婦羅     黑松露帶子  蝦 鯛魚 墨魚 紫蘇葉   小米不大喜歡海鮮,但炸海鮮卻願意食! 一盤裡有几款食材,唔洗諗,不用煩,可以大家食,所以點這款。  先夾出帶子,中間黑松露明現。黑松露份量恰到好處,沒有蓋過帶子味。另外也夾到鯛魚。最開心是炸皮沒有梘水味!   曾遇過酒店自助餐的天婦羅炸皮有鹼水味囉!帶子和鯛魚味道皆清淡,炸皮無梘水味,就不會影響到食材原味了。而小米夾到炸金菇,魷魚和炸蝦。 牛之拼盤         有牛舌   一口牛   牛肉蘆筍牛之拼盤,  計落比散點更便宜。 這個是即點即燒,要多待一會兒。 教小米 : 先褪掉竹籤,把食材放在碟子上,灑上檸檬汁,就可以有儀態享用串燒了。燒牛舌,外焦內脆。一口牛,小米
