今次午餐時間行過呢間懷舊港式扒房,見到都有幾個人等拎外賣,自己一條友一於嗌個好耐無食既港式西餐🧐餐廳門口好有舊港式扒房氣氛,不過可能日久失修有點殘破,上面招牌都幾大塵lunch餐牌選擇唔多但價錢經濟實惠,到訪時疫情嚴重,外賣自取再平多幾蚊!每個午餐都有餐湯同牛油餐包,但唔包括飲品白菌汁龍脷柳跟餐羅宋湯同牛油餐包味道都正正常常,點知一打開發泡膠盒真係嚇一跳….一pat”白菌汁” 撻係食物上面,賣相令人胃口大減食落好味都可以原諒,但所謂白菌汁完全無任何菇味,似係港式忌廉湯濃稠版,好難撈匀意粉,亦無咩味道。意粉份量少煮得過硬,三塊龍脷柳都無咩味,最好食應該係伴碟蘿蔔仔,唔使煮都鮮甜….真心無下次

跟餐羅宋湯同牛油餐包味道都正正常常,點知一打開發泡膠盒真係嚇一跳….一pat”白菌汁” 撻係食物上面,賣相令人胃口大減
食落好味都可以原諒,但所謂白菌汁完全無任何菇味,似係港式忌廉湯濃稠版,好難撈匀意粉,亦無咩味道。意粉份量少煮得過硬,三塊龍脷柳都無咩味,最好食應該係伴碟蘿蔔仔,唔使煮都鮮甜….真心無下次

家姐今日話帶我去鋸扒。我滿心期待, 但原來我想多了, 佢係帶我去食懷舊扒餐, 位於佐敦, 餐廳小小一間, 座位不多, 但充滿風味, 未坐低服務員就問你要紅湯定白湯,效率奇高。但唔好誤會, 佢地又絕對唔係為左等你食完快啲走, 而係想你一坐低就有野食😅。我地決定要吃黑椒牛排午餐,羅宋湯是懷舊嘅味道,餐包鬆軟的,熱辣辣,好好味。黑椒牛排是薄牛, 但好惹味,最好吃嘅係薯條,現炸,配茄汁, 正。我地邊吃邊聊,服務員不會不停在你身邊行嚟行去, 所以食得好舒服。

因為懶多年無寫食評。今日真係唔寫唔得事源,今日路經多年前成日去啲牛屋,見午餐同以往一樣好抵食便入內重温舊日回憶。內部裝修多年不變,但侍應當然不同往昔。叫了我當年成日食開啲黑椒牛扒餐($53)。先嚟忌廉湯同餐包。包已搽牛油唔係以前畀嚿牛油你自己搽。個包又凍又硬,嗰面已經乾晒,牛油似有似無。忌廉湯,麵粉水+幾粒粟米,不食也吧。主菜上場:黑椒牛扒+薯菜。$53都預咗牛扒唔會靚,所以對牛扒肉質無要求,但……個黑椒汁真攞命不單似糊仲超,超,超……咸,諗住撥開個黑椒汁淨食牛扒,點知連個牛扒都超咸,哩餐真係挑戰我啲腎功能。整餐最正常啲係加$3啲熱檸茶,無錯,哩到要飲嘢無論冷熱都要加$3,華田,好立克,朱古力就要加$5。以往對牛屋都有唔錯啲回憶,但今餐全部粉碎,以後亦唔會有重回舊地啲想法。

包已搽牛油唔係以前畀嚿牛油你自己搽。個包又凍又硬,嗰面已經乾晒,牛油似有似無

忌廉湯,麵粉水+幾粒粟米,不食也吧。
主菜上場:黑椒牛扒+薯菜。
$53都預咗牛扒唔會靚,所以對牛扒肉質無要求,但……個黑椒汁真攞命
不單似糊仲超,超,超……咸
,諗住撥開個黑椒汁淨食牛扒,點知連個牛扒都超咸
,哩餐真係挑戰我啲腎功能。
整餐最正常啲係加$3啲熱檸茶,無錯,哩到要飲嘢無論冷熱都要加$3,華田,好立克,朱古力就要加$5。
以往對牛屋都有唔錯啲回憶,但今餐全部粉碎,以後亦唔會有重回舊地啲想法。

外表睇落都幾靚
相對上 個Size比較細啲
我覺得份量岩岩好
太大舊又會食到好飽嘅
不過個人口味鍾意食比較生既牛
感覺呢個太熟同少少乾
同埋個酥皮同個牛一切就分開咗
不過自己叉返埋一齊食都無問題既
