今日同太太行elements順便搵食,黎到平台呢聚多高級西餐廳覓食,睇中左呢間好有特色既sepoy mess點解話佢特色呢,因為真係香港好少見既印度菜,香港人未必食得慣,好彩佢仲fusion左英式風格落去,成件事成high class!餐廳裝修都唔差,牆上掛左好多軍皇既相同步槍,staff見到我地係到欣賞仲好熱情咁拎左落黎比我地玩,好驚喜勁開心!食物方面都好高質,呢杯mocktail Masala Chai Punch睇落都覺得好靚,上面加左肉桂同八角,飲落甜甜地好清新Ras Leela,用gin做基酒既cocktail,加左raspberry酸酸甜甜,無乜酒精味好快上頭grilled salmon tikka,就咁睇以為燒到好乾身,但原來內裏仲keep到好多汁好軟身,而家調味好足好入味軟殼蟹卷,中間卜卜脆,配上醬汁食好出色Keema Masala Tacos,中間夾左羊肉碎,面頭加上sour cream同自家製青草醬,食落無乜騷味Chicken Kadai,黃油雞焗到勁淋勁軟身,醬料多到睇唔到隻雞,食得出好重奶油,好食到連醬汁都食乾淨!

中文即是羊膝咖哩,羊膝燉得非常軟熟入口即溶,而羊肉味突出;咖喱醬用上紫丁香及克什米爾的辣椒,不算太辣但好有咖哩的惹味感,一定要選的主菜!

Truffle Ricotta Cheese Naan
完完全全充滿黑松露Truffle的印度烤餅,蘸上羊膝咖哩的醬汁又是另一種層次,不用想就直接選這款印度烤餅吧~

Duck Confit Biryani Rice
鴨肉焗飯,卻絕不是簡單的焗飯,因為廚師使用了印度海德拉巴的長條型香米,口感就好像高級的泰國香米軟熟,卻帶有印度獨有的香味,再透過鴨肉的肉香提升品質,是有史以來吃過最出色的印度菜~

開心果芝士巴斯克蛋糕,灑滿開心果碎~蛋糕是海綿般的質感,順滑香口好好味~
