經過zara隔離扶手電梯落地面,推開玻璃門,就會見到呢間四川菜餐廳。平日7點都好full, 好彩有book位咋。招牌酸菜魚魚型碟好靚,未食已經覺得有意思。魚肉嫰滑,啖啖肉且無骨,大量酸菜,大豆芽,仲有寬粉,QQ彈牙,吸哂精華,相當鮮味。尖椒皮蛋大量尖椒碎同蒜蓉味鋪在皮蛋上,味道濃郁,皮蛋彈牙,兩者拌勻食,夠醒神。清炒萵筍絲萵筍絲粗幼平均,清甜爽口,當味蕾都是麻辣味道時,呢道菜正好清清口腔,舒緩一下。農家炒米粉比我想像大碟。米粉樣子好似好濕咁,但食落唔會太油太濕,味道適中,材料簡單,好有家庭菜feel。葱爆牛肉揀左辣味葱爆牛肉,辣味好夠,京葱微甜,牛肉份量唔吝嗇,牛味唔重但肉質算滑。每碟菜都好夠份量,原本想留肚食冰粉作甜品都食唔落了,唯有下次再試啦。

↘黑糖椰汁芋圓冰粉
第一次食冰粉,因為食左好多辣野嘅關係,食完辣再食佢會好舒服。但亦因為呢樣甜品本身水份唔多,所以最好另外再嗌多樣飲品就perfect啦!

總括而言,呢間算係我食過咁多間川菜黎講較好嘅一間,鐘意食辣既嘅朋友可以即管一試。
