又係我啦. 一個9月就光顧左兩次啦,不過今次係食lunch,都係用團購呀。兩個人叫左個388嘅二人餐,有咩食?自己睇吓lo首先,自選兩個小食。揀左糖醋排骨同金瓜海節絲。排骨好好食,金瓜海節絲原全食唔到有海節,唔好食。之後,有個炒蝦仁,都ok,蝦幾爽口,可以啦。仲有個菜添,個菜就好好食啦,又夠熱食完三樣之後,有個羮。魚肚薺菜羹,好好食,正 ,但食左落肚冇相睇之後有稻草肉佩饅頭包包,我唔係好鐘意食肉,所以興趣不大。我覺得一般啦,肉都幾淋嘅,可能係我唔鐘意食肉姐,但我就好鐘意個饅頭啦再之後呢,有4隻小籠包。細細仔但好多汁,好食呀,推介呀,正呀,正到食曬先有時間影相最後,甜品,木瓜雪耳,小左d,因為好食,唔太甜。

首先,自選兩個小食。揀左糖醋排骨同金瓜海節絲。排骨好好食,金瓜海節絲原全食唔到有海節,唔好食。

因為買左團購,所以入去食。之前都食過幾次,都係買團購,講真間野幾貴,如果唔係有團購都唔會食。一如既往,烤麩同生煎包必食。雖然唔係我食過最好B食嘅烤麩同生煎包,但依度嘅都唔錯啦。蔥油面又貴又唔好食,冇味, 又細,大家千萬唔好叫。至於小黃魚,值得一試,但唔會再有下次,因為一般啦,鐘意脆口嘅係唔錯,炸到脆到連骨都食埋。 樟茶鴨都值得一試嘅,幾特別,口感同味都似食德國咸豬手:PP 但全家都覺得醬油鴨好食d依餐飯最令人滿意嘅就係蟹粉豆腐,鮮魚羹同酒瀼湯丸。講豆腐先,真係好有蟹味,好好食,又滑。梗係啦128蚊得一碢仔咋,雖然好食但真係貴。鮮魚羹就抵食好多啦,叫個例,有4碗滿,清得黎好足料。正   最後甜品,今晚有d失准。酒瀼有d酸,之前食都未試過,但覺得湯圓有小小芝麻餡,覺得好食過丸子。酒瀼湯丸同酒瀼丸子一樣價錢,我會揀前者。總結,有團購會再去食,因為佢d野貴得有道理,而且好多野食都唔錯,除左蔥油面。冇團購就咪搞我,尖沙咀滬江好食過佢。

總結,有團購會再去食,因為佢d野貴得有道理,而且好多野食都唔錯,除左蔥油面。冇團購就咪搞我,尖沙咀滬江好食過佢。

今次係因為有Asia miles promotion 先來呢度。因為今晚係星期五晚,兩個人都要等位都等左差唔多半個鐘。坐低左之後可能因為太多人,啲侍應都好似聽唔到我地叫佢咁。不過佢啲茶都幾好飲。叫咗個生煎包,炒飯,小籠包。個生煎包真係好食,個底煎到金黃色,脆而不硬,一咬落去啲湯汁出晒嚟,剛好彌補齋食包嘅乾味,入邊嘅肉連住啲湯加肉汁一齊放落口,簡直就係完美嘅配搭。其他食物都算幾好食,下次會帶下屋企人來呢度食先。

環境不錯,雖然沒有尖沙咀店那維港靚景,但裝潢也優雅別緻。服務態度尚可,只是時常無人加水。食物味道算中上。前菜不過不失,普通水準。主菜方面也算中規中矩,無太大驚喜。最值得讚的是外婆紅燒肉,肥瘦適中,一層肥肉一層瘦肉,口感非常好。味道濃郁,吃多了也不會覺油。醬茶鴨也值得一提。鴨肉軟而不韌,美中不足是無茶香。我點的甜品是酒釀丸子。酸酸甜甜,不過不失,只是桂花香不足。

紅燒汁該下了不少冰糖,先嚐一口,醬汁十分濃甜。
入口肥美,燉的時間久了,脂肪層入口即化,香而不膩。
用荷葉餅夾着吃有點狼狽,但更就能嚐到紅燒汁的滋味,吃下去也不會膩。

珠玉在前,
之前嚐過最貴價的套餐,
因此這次一級的套餐有點比下去了。
不過與貴價的套餐相比其實是截然不同的食法,
此套餐是較為健康清淡,價格相宜,份量亦足,所以也是值得一試的。
總括而言,小南國在環境、服務和食物方面都是十分不俗的,
是屯門區的好選擇。
