因為早吃飯,終於都可以到這非常受歡迎的餐廳吃飯了。第一個前菜是雞絲紛皮,麻醬的味道不錯,而且不會太乾身,易入口,做得好。蒜泥白肉的醬就略為淡口了一點,令到整個菜式的味道變得太淡了。這味雪菜炒年糕的年糕處理得不錯,不會太油,也不會太硬。做得煙煙韌韌的,口感不錯。最後推介一下生煎包,底層脆脆的,而上層軟。內裡的豬肉當然也是軟軟的,有肉汁,味道很好。
