聽講上海婆婆336出咗新菜式,今晚特別重來諗住試返一兩個新菜。餐廳位尖沙咀市中心熱鬧地段,店面布置簡約舒適,牆上掛有一些上海特色裝飾,展現了上海風情。每次必點鎮江小排骨($78)、四小拼($128)小竹荀新鮮爽脆,肴肉晶瑩剔透、烤麩帶有點煙燻味、小排骨糖醋入味,酸甜適中。家常豆腐($78)可以揀辣度,我揀小辣剛好是想要的口味,豆腐嫩滑,十分下飯。蔥爆牛肉($98)的牛肉質地軟嫩,蒜蔥爆香,回味無窮。上海粗炒($88)麵條軟硬適中,配料搭配得恰到好處,口感層次豐富。酸辣湯雲吞(5隻$68)、336上海小籠包(4隻$46)份量剛好,餡料飽滿多汁,皮薄而不易破裂。蝦籽豆腐面筋煲($80)是新菜式,主材料口感偏減,反而凸顯到蝦籽個味道,面筋不同以往食開那款,比較似魚腐,配上入味的豆腐,是一道別具特色的好菜。
