最近係朋友中聽到一間餐廳開張不久已經好多人食,心中當然想去見識下。位於西營盤既餐廳如果唔係開左地鐵應該都幾難去,不過單憑呢樣野係阻我唔到。餐廳地方唔大,但坐滿晒人,唔book位好大機會要等。不過餐廳有見及此都會係繁忙時段set番用餐時間,令其他食客唔駛等太耐。嚟之前已經知呢度主打丼,都好多唔同款式揀。秋丼盛 $188以蝦蟹為主既秋丼盛配以多種刺身:甜蝦,丹蝦,蟹柳,蟹鉗,蟹籽,各種刺身佈滿丼既表面,十分豐富。而刺身亦沒有雪藏的味道,感覺新鮮。厚燒牛舌 $68牛舌比平時食開更大件更厚,雖然係厚身,但唔會有韌既感覺,而咬落去一樣爽口,食既時候加埋檸檬汁味道更突出。經過今日一試,難怪餐廳魅力沒法擋,走既時候已經又有客人準備入嚟。

牛舌比平時食開更大件更厚,雖然係厚身,但唔會有韌既感覺,而咬落去一樣爽口,食既時候加埋檸檬汁味道更突出。

最近丼饭橫行,想起在北海道吃过的赤身丼,就决定来尝尝。这家很靠近我住的地方所以午餐就来会一会。第一次来所点了大家所推荐的铁人旨花丼和厚烧牛舌。中午没什么人所以上菜很快。Miso味道不错,只是蚬吐得不干净有沙,而且煮得有点老汤也不够热。之后最期待的丼来了,二话不说先吃片Sashimi。咬下去就极度失望,不懂赤身上沾了什么甜甜的,盖过了赤身的味道。而饭不知用了什么米。非常失望,是根本不想再去碰的饭。不知是店家想省钱还是买不到米,而赤身应该是以新鲜的质量取胜就好,不需要另加什么调味的。赤身中甜虾最好,牛舌不过不失。一顿饭吃了260也不算贵但不满足就对了。

最近在西環facebook群組熱話,就係鐵人旨花,星期六決定去試一試,預早訂位七點鐘準時到達,座位舒適,裝修簡潔,三個人叫咗三份丼,分別係海膽丼、穴子丼、同原條鰻魚飯, 小食方便叫咗炸雞、炸茄子、及炸廣島生蠔.先講海膽丼,海膽分量好多,飯比較少,海膽亦算新鮮,入口即溶有濃郁嘅海膽味,穴子丼收費比較便宜,但質素亦算合理, 然後到原條鰻魚飯,侍應端來時,真的有一點嘩然,鰻魚夠大條,而且肥嘟嘟好厚肉,就好似用刀叉食緊牛扒咁樣,味道方面亦都算中上,而且每人都免費奉上一碗蜆湯.至於炸物 略為失色,因為全部都肥淋淋,唔夠脆、唔夠乾身,但炸物勝在價錢平,最後三個人 六百三十蚊埋單,唔算好貴、亦唔算街坊價, 總體亦算合理。

一直都有聽說過鐵人旨花是很有名的日本料理店,但基於價錢定位比較高,一直都沒有嘗試的機會。最近得知在西環開了一家平民版的鐵人旨花,便立馬去試一試!這家是專門吃丼飯的,餐牌很簡單,除了丼飯外,還有一些炸物和燒物的小吃選擇。店鋪小小的,充滿了日式的擺設和佈置。坐位更設計成像和式的榻榻米,有種置身日本的感覺。旨花丼每個丼會配上一個湯,湯很鮮甜,湯中的蜆亦很新鮮。丼中包括三文魚,油甘魚,牡丹蝦,左口魚邊和穴子,材料十分豐富。不得不讚的是牡丹蝦非常新鮮,肉質厚身彈牙,重點是蝦頭帶膏,香而且後勁十足。油甘魚頹三文魚厚切肥美,魚生身上沾了粉紅色的調味料,帶點甜甜的櫻花味,令魚生的味道更加提升和突出。燒穴子和左口魚邊入口即溶,燒得剛好。飯用上珍珠米,份量適中。厚燒牛舌另外叫了一個燒物。牛舌切得很厚身,燒得焦香切咬落有肉汁。牛味香濃,帶有咬勁。牛舌表面的鹽提升了咸香,令整體更加惹味。整體是有水準的丼飯店,環境舒服,而且魚生質素高且新鮮。如果來到西環,可以一試喔。

牛舌表面的鹽提升了咸香,令整體更加惹味。

整體是有水準的丼飯店,環境舒服,而且魚生質素高且新鮮。如果來到西環,可以一試喔。

我們雖然訂了枱,但亦被安排在門口的位置。曾要求換枱,但沒被接受。招呼認真麻麻。早參考過食評,點了人氣食品牛舌,燒的火候控制得非常好。手卷是打開的,你可以看到真材實料,自己卷,都幾得意。厚燒玉子只是加上了燒汁,沒有驚喜。天婦羅冇蝦味,失望!一條鰻魚飯,相機先食,鰻魚肥美,可惜味道不是我吃過最好的。好的賣相亦要求好質素的食品去支持的。

好耐都未去過西環,發覺自從有地鐵之後,開多咗好多食肆,再唔係普通嘅茶餐廳,車房。而係有各式各樣嘅西餐廳,日式餐廳。見到一間裝修非常日式,感覺置身在日本一樣。店員亦都好細心地講解餐廳有咩推介。所以就匆匆地入咗去了。因為我哋幾個朋友都幾鍾意食日本野,所以我哋決定一人叫一個丼分享魚生非常之鮮味,一點也不用需要豉油或芥辣調味。 海膽入口即溶,一啲腥味都冇,好甜好鮮。海蝦大大隻,忍唔住叫咗熟既試吓。 點樣烹調也是一樣,鮮味可口。面試湯係有蜆肉配搭,當然係鮮甜好味啦。
