當我地係依道搵到地址 嗯皇后大道西 咁搭電車有依個站就落得喇其實會遠左。嗯 係水街落就近好多一入到去個環境清靜,其實都幾舒服幾享受,個環境都會令你想留多陣一黎就飲左碗海鮮湯,有魚蛋有幾隻蜆,個湯好鮮甜跟住食鰻魚啲醬汁好正而且舊鰻魚又肥美,值得一試飲品亦都好貼心地有埋杯比你倒落杯飲跟住主打鐵人旨花丼,生牛肉都好好味,同上面啲蔥好夾三文魚籽好大粒跟埋啲飯一齊食係享受黎既,海膽都好肥美,依個鐵人旨花丼可以一試既。最後,我覺得可以值得一試既,環境又唔錯野食又幾好,你仲唔試下?

話說前排同朋友講起鐵人旨花有人話幾好食之後就俾朋友發現係港大附近開了新店電車要在“水街”落車,上斜路第一個路口轉右就對了或者係港大mtr落車餐廳非常令,好有日本既風味環境頌好舒適,好適合我同朋友慢慢享受餐具都好唯美,好有貴氣feel點餐後,店員率先奉上一碗味噌湯非常好味,吾會好咸入面竟然有腐皮,頌有好多蜆雖然呢度冇鐵板燒,但都點了個和牛串吃燒得很好,好香既牛油滲出嚟而且有入口即溶既感覺怕肥可以加檸檬汁去膩旨花丼有立魚,三文魚,油甘魚,左口魚,蝦,星鰻最好味永遠都係左口魚冇話肥吾肥美,但美味常在。生吃的味道已經很好吃,炙了更好吃,真正入口溶化星鰻其實係鰻魚既兒童版,肉質感覺實點加了粉紅色的粉甜甜的很滿足蝦好大隻好新鮮壽司飯煮很很好,不會太黏,醋亦調得剛剛好酸薑都好好味,易入口很開胃點了杯青檸soda很開胃呢~

一向是海膽迷的我,來到了西環的鐵人旨花海鮮丼,位子不多,利用木材做出溫馨感。用的餐具很有格調,是我喜歡的風格。點了雲丹丼,即海膽。先來了一個味增湯,咸度剛好,蜆肉鮮甜,天氣轉冷,坐下先來一碗味增湯感覺溫暖又放鬆。雲丹丼,海膽放得大方,大大件,份量又多,和飯之間有少許海苔和蛋絲,增加了風味,海膽不腥,飯粒飽滿,黏度十足,其實用筷子也能夾起。份量令人十分滿足。鰻魚串,燒得很香,未到入口即化但帶有膠質,非常軟滑,醬汁亦很好吃。
