都幫襯咗好幾年喇,lunch set 必食 supreme sushi set,見到上文有朋友覺得有熟蝦好搵笨,但係$470有15件壽司加1件手卷,平均三十蚊件,有海膽拖羅和牛都算係咁啦,又坐得舒服,喺銅鑼灣區嚟講,我就覺得性價比幾高喇。星期二晚我就去食all you can eat shabu shabu, 約$1200可以兩個鐘任食日本牛,雖然食到第五塊開始戰鬥力減弱,因為啲日本牛幾肥美,但有拖羅等sashimi 做前菜,又係真心抵食!

之前銅鑼灣番工間中都會過黎Shimo食lunch, 質素不錯。今個weekend 想搵日本野食就訂左呢間餐廳。叫左$400 特上壽司定食(deluxe) 包salad、茶碗蒸同湯。茶碗蒸打開上面得幾條菇,入面咩肉同海鮮都冇真係打左個突🫢。記得同之前食過唔同,亦都對唔起呢個餐廳檔次。到壽司黎埋,見到俾隻熟蝦真係O左咀🫣 呢間餐廳既所謂【deluxe】原來連隻赤蝦或牡丹蝦都無。13件set仲有件和牛(但都幾硬身)同埋好細件海膽。除左食物質素大打折扣同退步之外,整個用餐過程氣氛都好差。餐廳唔full但每樣野一食完即刻黎收野,成個set 分幾轉上壽司加甜品只係用左半個鐘,唔講以為自己去左茶餐廳🙄當日用餐有一group黎食omakase, 開曬酒員工又飲埋一份陪笑,嘈到令人尷尬。呢間餐廳已入blacklist 唔會再黎了。

除左食物質素大打折扣同退步之外,整個用餐過程氣氛都好差。餐廳唔full但每樣野一食完即刻黎收野,成個set 分幾轉上壽司甜品只係用左半個鐘,唔講以為自己去左茶餐廳🙄

當日用餐有一group黎食omakase, 開曬酒員工又飲埋一份陪笑,嘈到令人尷尬。呢間餐廳已入blacklist 唔會再黎了。

📍ShimoFirst time trying Shimo’s all-you-can-eat sukiyaki option with wagyu beef. The set first came with a 4 type sashimi platter. All the pieces were cut think and oily. Then here comes the highlight of the meal! Unlimited wagyu beef! We had 4 rounds and quality was consistent throughout all rounds. Dip them in a bit of eye yolk, goes so well with rice. First time trying Shimo’s all-you-can-eat sukiyaki option with wagyu beef. The set first came with a 4 type sashimi platter. All the pieces were cut think and oily.

Then here comes the highlight of the meal! Unlimited wagyu beef! We had 4 rounds and quality was consistent throughout all rounds. Dip them in a bit of eye yolk, goes so well with rice. The set also comes with unlimited vegetable platter too with tofu and shirataki.

Finally, ends with a good tofu ice cream. Very satisfying!

It’s of great value if you are able to eat a lot! If you don’t, then just choose the normal sukiyaki set.

Price: HK$1,100 pp (dinner)

Revisit: 9/10

見到menu上新推出的a la carte咁吸引,忍唔住同朋友每人order一件。一聽呢個配搭已經垂涎欲滴,食落口更加滋味無窮😍香脆的蒜蓉包,入口即融的A5和牛片,完美覆蓋住厚身肥美的法國鵝肝。和牛上灑滿一片片黑松露,加埋秘製壽喜燒醬汁,層次豐富,令人一食便愛上😍而且唔會太油膩,因爲多士仲有夾住生菜,配搭得啱啱好。
