初初上到去,真係有驚喜,因為外貌睇落去真係一間酒吧,完全唔似一間食潮州菜嘅餐廳。餐牌上嘅選擇都唔算多,但係都OK,當然唔可以同一般潮州酒樓嘅菜單相比,但係好fusion,味道亦都唔錯。菜單入面有一頁都係啲煎炸嘢,比較適合送酒。餐廳入面嘅設計好有酒吧feel,過咗10點之後,開埋個disco嘅波波,再加上現場音樂一路放K-Pop, Crossover有驚喜。不過如果有小朋友一齊嘅話,呢間餐廳就未必咁適合啦。另外因為同朋友慶祝生日,我哋自己帶咗蛋糕上去,餐廳嘅職員好好,幫我哋雪起個蛋糕,仲冇收切餅費添。

今日去左銅鑼灣行街,順便去朋友介紹嘅一間新式酒吧,依間酒吧真係好特別,融入了潮式菜的風味。餐廳服務員仲同我地介紹佢哋的白鹵水係自家用海鮮特別釀製,鮮味十足且配上鵝片十分匹配。我地叫左一份獅頭鵝三併,有鵝頭,鵝頸同鵝片。因為鵝肉新鮮又醃得入晒味,即使唔點鹵水汁都十分好味。鵝頸有肉,唔會得塊皮,一定係一隻肥鵝😂。另外,我哋仲有叫到招牌白滷水海鮮拼盤,入面有墨魚片,鮑魚,章魚,蝦,最好味的是墨魚同鮑魚,食到停唔到口。😋果然係有米芝蓮大廚主理的質素,值得再去食多餐!
