是夜與一行4人老朋友聚會, 約在此飯聚。 這裡川菜不錯 ,改良傳統川菜提高了餐廳的格調, 而且跟裝潢設計環境配, 因此外國食客也較多。 看見茶水也較特別, 顯然花過功夫考慮。 但問題是伙記們不太友善, 主觀感覺到他們的黑面 (就算在沒有麻煩到他們的情況下也是如此) , 而且在坐著等候朋友的時間內 , 不停的問酒杯是否不要然後想收走, 其實我們每次都說人齊先點紅酒....... 如果那麼緊張紅酒杯, 倒不如人客點了紅酒才上杯吧, 因為問的太多了, 但黑面的為何是侍應們而不是每問每答的人客呢? continue reading

某天到中環的霸王川莊吃午飯, 先來一杯熱熱的八寶茶, 清香的茶中夾雜著紅棗菊花的微甜味, 好喝! 寫意的惑覺!二人點了兩份午餐, 前菜選了瓜和川莊口水雞, 對於平時只能吃微辣的我來說 是辣了一點點, 味道口惑不過不失。 濃味的回鍋肉一層脂肪一層嫩肉互相配合, 非常美味! 拌著的冬菇亦非常入味, 可以吃上一碗白飯! 另一味辣子炒牛粒非常有鑊氣! 牛粒炒得十分香脆, 咸咸辣辣極香口, 這味比口水雞再辣些, 愛辣的友人吃得津津有味! 其中一個餐配了炸小饅頭, 暖暖的, 外脆內軟, 喜歡! continue reading

同朋友相約去吃川菜,我們今天選擇了霸王川莊,因我們怕多人,所以11:30就到步,餐廳也是剛好所以我們是第一枱顧客,餐廳環境舒適。Lunch Set基本為$158 up,我們選了水煮精品三國毛血旺和十三鄉秘製雞。一開始每人一杯八寶茶。咱家脆鱔,很脆👍🏻水煮精品三國毛血旺,像是一個雜錦鍋一樣,有金菇、豬紅、腸仔、午餐肉、牛柏葉、鱔。味道不錯,但略嚴配料欠牛肚、大腸。十三鄉秘製雞,用了很特別器皿盛著,味道略喊,非常適合配白飯。 continue reading

朋友喺中環返工,今日搵佢食個午飯聚下舊。我同朋友一樣都係辣痴!呢間鋪頭佢已經食到同啲職員都熟曬,真係好誇張。所以今日就朋友拍板,佢話呢度啲乾炒就最正嘅,就叫咗個辣子安格斯牛柳粒,同秘製乾鍋雞煲。平時佢哋麻椒花椒起完鑊就會拎起,其實係幾細心可以避免唔習慣嘅食客,食到咀都麻木左。由於我同朋友都好辣得,所以就特登叫佢留番,唔需要拎起。牛柳粒係睇得見嘅真材實料,香口到不得了,肉味濃。麻椒都炒到卜卜脆,我同朋友一粒接一粒咁樣咬,好爽!雞煲嘅味道相對就冇咁刺激,亦都冇咁乾身,雞肉炒得入味又滑,都唔錯。最鍾意呢度有draft beer,食辣野有啤酒飲的確係爽 continue reading
