又到星期日。疫情下,只可以兩口子吃下午餐,四圍逛下,已是最好的節目。在Open rice 找找,今天選了川流吃頓午餐。以為吃川菜,應該是較辣較濃味,原來又不是,食物較接近港式茶樓口味。這店子近灣仔地鐵站,在大有商場對面的小巷子。走過小巷,看見川流的招牌,卻看不到店子入口,再回頭走一次,哦!原來是一道黑色的趟門,要按制才能進入,真有點神秘。店子不大,燈光較一般酒樓暗,可能配合神秘情調感覺吧😄待應招呼都頗殷勤,說午餐可單點或放題。我們點了菊花茶後,決定吃放題,因為價錢不貴,又可多試幾種點心。雖然放題點心種類不多,待應說第一輪會跟餐牌上的點心每款兩件上,我倆吃得不多,所以太飽肚的都不想試,芋角,葱油餅都不吃,其餘的都試了。點心是即蒸煮的,慢慢上,都好吃。蝦餃,牛肉煎鍋貼,燒鵝包覺得特別好,再多點了一次。在吧枱上還放了一些冷盤,也走出去看看,試了牛肉,捧捧雞,蒜泥白肉,只有五香牛肉較好,但夾食物的工具很難用,要較大力才能夾起食物,不知是否以防客人大批取物呢🧐已經太飽,無法吃甜品了,原來已吃了超過一小時,待應提示已到了最後下單時間,因放題是90分鐘的,我倆已吃不下,就埋單離開了。四百多塊,食物好

趁聖誕節假期最後一日去食點心放題。之前7月都食過一次,果陣仲有OpenRice 訂位8折,不過呢個promotion 已經完左,OpenRice 訂位優惠只限單點。食物同上次差唔多,點心大致上都keep 到水準,蔥油餅同燒鵝包最好食,炒手第二轉夠熱 好食過第一轉,其他點心都唔差,唯一係小籠包好難食。自取小食既牛肉好食,薯粉都好。$25位茶,叫左香片,係香既茶。食物同上次一樣,但係無左8折感覺上唔抵,短期內應該唔會返兜,除非有折!

又到了星期日,難得能約齊人,便過海一日遊,吃一餐好的,飲杯靚咖啡。朋友提議去川流飲茶,因為她食過覺得可以encore。餐廳雖食川菜,但設計就如西餐廳,吧枱位置放滿各式各樣的酒和香料,加上以黑色為主調,很型格時尚,幸好有walk in位,所以即入。適逢餐廳正在做點心放題,不用$200的價錢可以任食多款點心,令我們立刻放棄散點的念頭。放題共有12款點心選擇,不算很多,但夠精,我鍾意。另外沙律吧亦有6款選擇,都是開胃前菜,可在吧枱任取!因為我們有4人,所以侍應很貼心,提議我們第一輪試匀所有的點心一次,然後食完再encore想食的!我們當然很樂意。蒜泥白肉、五香牛肉、棒棒雞等都好味,因為配上了特製開胃醬汁,白肉配甜紅蒜泥汁,所以入口有滿滿的蒜味,五香牛肉則飄著麻油香,個醃酸菜好爽脆,酸酸甜甜好開胃!點心都係新鮮即蒸的,所以上枱熱辣辣,一定要趁熱食。灌汁小籠包要自己醬醋吱入個包入面,幾得意,熱辣辣爆汁的!紅酒京醬燒鵝包肥嘟嘟的一個,麵包香軟,餡亦足,食落有鵝皮油香!水晶蝦餃、鮮蝦豆苗餃、燒賣等皮薄餡靚,而且蝦肉爽口彈牙,新鮮的味道。爆汁芝麻牛肉鍋貼又係好食,最欣賞是芝麻底煎得好香,微焦帶脆,上軟

蒜泥白肉、五香牛肉、棒棒雞等都好味,因為配上了特製開胃醬汁,白肉配甜紅蒜泥汁,所以入口有滿滿的蒜味,五香牛肉則飄著麻油香,個醃酸菜好爽脆,酸酸甜甜好開胃!
