今日去外婆屋企前係附近加料,見到呢間燒味既鹽焗雞同燒鵝好似好抵咁🤣$30有半隻,燒鵝上莊$110🙈,價錢真係好吸引。買完之後諗諗下唔知夠唔夠食,就加單「叉燒半斤$40」同「泰式鳳爪拼海蜇$45」。.燒鵝真心👍🏻 皮脆肉滑有光澤,肉汁多又不帶腥鹽焗雞$30半隻,份量同口感都幾好,雞幾有雞味叉燒半斤最抵食,叫左半肥瘦叉,半肥半瘦岩岩好 略嫌汁唔夠多 下次要叫多汁泰式鳳爪拼海蜇,呢個酸酸辣辣幾惹味又開胃,無骨鳳爪好入味

收工路過呢間新開燒味店,見到勁多人排隊😂😂我份人就係覺得多人排一定有好嘢果d人黎,所以都諗住買份返屋企加料😂鹽焗雞半個$25真係平到冇得輸,而且肉質嫩滑,仲配埋沙姜,超乎想像!至尊燒鵝$110燒鵝皮夠脆,肉都好香燒味佬叉燒$40阿媽話唔錯,有蜜汁既香味,肉都鬆軟😆😆泰式鳳爪拼海蜇$45海蜇爽口彈牙,鳳爪都好入味,有時好怕買到d冇味既,但呢間唔會😂總體黎講都幾滿意,唔怪得咁多人排隊,個鹽焗雞真係好抵食

日頭阿囡係荃灣學琴, 今日工人姐姐放假 。唔想煮,一於買外賣。喜歡食燒味,一於斬料,斬料,斬大舊叉燒。上網一查,嘩,還有荃灣有一間人氣燒味店。通常啲燒味舖 都係污糟邋遢又諗諗 但呢間「燒味滷師 」好企理, d燒味掛得好整齊。原來佢已經有幾間分店,管理有D集團式規模。啲外賣盒都有印自己個名 感覺好high class。 並唔係一般燒味鋪。叫咗四樣嘢,埋單都係二百零蚊。雖然中午買嘅,晚餐先食。但啲叉燒依然好爽口彈牙。啲燒鵝皮仲好脆,肉質亦都算嫩滑。鹽焗雞皮滑肉嫩,亦都好入味海蜇無骨鳳爪啲海蜇彈牙爽口 撈咗啲辣味酸酸辣辣好醒胃食鳳爪我最鍾意食無骨鳳爪。唔使剝,而且酸酸咪咪又有辣味,好醒胃! 忍唔住開返支法國波爾多拉菲紅酒你嘆一嘆

婚後就多左身份,過時過節就要播時間返去做節,陪陪老人家,跟家人聚天倫之樂          今晚媽咪落廚,唔想佢煮咁多餸就買燒味加餸,大人細路都岩食                                                                         荃灣呢間燒味滷師有做優惠,叉燒燒得好靚,買左半斤$40, 半肥瘦就最好食,仲好有肉汁鹽焗雞半隻$30 好抵,肉質嫩滑,加埋葱油撈飯,可以食多碗飯燒鵝都好好食,皮簿跟冰梅醬就最夾海蜤鳳爪酸甜恰當作前菜十分開胃 一家都十分滿意
