吃過幾次晚市,質素都令我好滿意,這次終於有機會吃午市了,聽說午市有很多點心,不知質素如何呢我們先點了基本的蝦餃燒賣,發覺這裡很貼心,有一盅六件,包括蝦餃、燒賣及粉果三款,兩個人share便剛好了。再點了粉紅腸粉,這個腸粉十分特別,外皮粉紅色,中間是一層酥脆的網,最入面是蝦滑,一口下去既滑溜且鬆脆,必吃。黃金流沙包也是必吃,包外皮厚度適中,一撕開滿滿的流沙都要漏出來了,流沙餡不會太膩,有衝動一吃再吃。蘿蔔絲酥也十分足料呢。我們還點了紅燒豆腐及乾炒牛河,河粉是一片片的,牛肉也十分滑口,跟外面茶餐廳的不同,口感豐富。最後少不了甜品,分別點了芝麻卷及豬豬奶凍,芝麻卷略甜,師傅功夫到家,拆開芝麻卷會發現它薄到透光,十分軟熟,芝麻味濃。奶凍造型可愛,捨不得吃呀!午市果然也沒有令我失望,中價位有此質素,實在很不錯!
