白鱔嘅口感爽脆~焦糖鰻魚玉子燒相對鰻魚就比較少,玉子燒未夠嫩滑,但賣相非常好,打卡唔錯❤️

呢個又係其中一個最鍾意嘅菜式之一~鵝肝做到入口即溶嘅效果,而且都算大塊,對得起個價錢~真心覺得好食🤤建議必點~

素食類:

檸蜜牛油包係用芝士麵包上面再加檸蜜,甜甜地,烤完脆卜卜幾好食❤️芝士焗雜菇建議盡快食用,我哋掛住食其他嘢,最尾先食佢,結果硬晒嚕,但芝士都幾足料👌茄子和蒜心都係偏中國口味🫢


飲品:
20.青檸菠蘿梳打
大大杯都幾吸晴,燒烤两配杯凍飲一流👍

整體嚟講體驗都唔錯,店員收碟速度很快,確保上菜方便,而且服務態度都唔錯,值得推薦👍雖然價錢稍高,但真心有驚喜,計茄性價比都唔錯☺️

鹽燒雞皮非常香脆而惹味,朋友超喜歡。

A4和牛及牛小排肉質鮮嫩,燒得半熟,肉汁豐富、入口即化。

羊架烤得香嫩多汁,加入大量的酒調味後,易咬又不羶。

川燒活蟶子鮮甜彈牙,醬汁酷似 Iby 喜歡的水煮魚口味,超級好!

白鱔鮮美入味、外脆內嫩,搭配極高質的濃郁魚白湯,令人回味無窮,一叫再叫。

豚肉節瓜波板糖就是軟嫩豚肉與節瓜互相交錯結合,口感清新又豐富,點上加入黑松露的生雞蛋,味道比想像中好。

翠玉瓜以鹽燒方式烤製,軟淋多汁又入味。

鹽燒露筍亦燒得外爽脆,內軟淋,且保留清甜香氣。

牛油蒜蓉焗金菇的牛油味重、蒜蓉多,且軟淋易咬不黏牙!

朋友極喜歡此家的鹽燒阿波尾七里香,因外皮香脆之餘,肉質極軟嫩又香氣四溢。

香辣雞翼的辣味有層次,且加入了質素不錯的蜜糖,調味洽到好處。

味噌松板豬味道較濃及稍韌,不過肉質不錯。

鹹蛋黃燒虎蝦十分鮮嫩彈牙,又有膏,令人驚喜!裹上份量極多的鹹蛋黃,香氣十足又夠味。

新鮮的廣島蠔加入大量新鮮蒜蓉及香蔥烤製,朋友十分喜歡💕

涼拌藤椒魚皮稍硬,酸甜開胃,完全不辣。

鹹蛋黃卷炸得十分酥脆,而且甜得似蓮蓉,鹹蛋黃味稍弱,個人十分喜歡。

最後加單麻辣翠玉瓜,想不到此店辣油也是如斯美味!

🥂店員做事勤快又有禮貌,會不斷為我們提供冰的過濾水,可樂非常夠凍,爆打香水檸檬茶清新又鮮甜。

此家的出品都便宜又高質之餘,剛查了D記及F記都有提供外送服務!以後外賣🥡又多一個選擇了!(笑)
