最近食完就會比一張一百蚊ge現金卷,說明優惠、推廣不適用,見同老人家食比佢地嘗鮮一下食半放題,$158+10%一位,但其實我用$800食散叫點心食到嘔都仲得,我去酒店食幾十款點心放題都唔洗咁貴,純粹比老人家開心下。所謂點心放題其實得8款野食,仲要樣樣都係包呀、鹹水角呀,蝦餃都係次一等嘅芥菜蝦餃,食落炸雲吞、燒賣、蝦餃都係一樣味,係牛肉球幾好。主菜要左咕嚕肉、豬頸肉、魚同雞。豬頸肉超難食,大量鬆肉粉,一陣味,好地地一舊豬頸肉比佢搞到瘦肉咁,真係冇陰公。四個人食完埋單$8xx,可用兩張$100卷,點知店員話唔用得,因為放題係優惠,我食$158+10%,完全冇半點折扣,唔明有咩唔用得,如果唔用得應該要係MENU清楚講明本身放題點心種類已經唔多,跟本散叫仲抵食,仲要唔用得現金卷,搵笨!本來每星期都會去食一次,先會草落幾張現金卷,而加好似比人搵笨咁,食到一肚氣,以後都唔會黎食。 continue reading

平時西餐semi buffet就食得多 依家先知原來有餐廳做中菜semi buffet ! 好吸引 😍😍 仲要晚市都只係$158 加1!任食既除左前菜仲有點心!上至流沙包下至燒賣都有!仲有portion都係好細 一盅兩件/一個包 咁就唔會食完一籠就飽左😂而主菜就可以每樣揀一款 都有好多選擇!我地叫左麒麟魚香米 (+$30) 同 芝士焗龍蝦尾 (+$40)麒麟魚香米係經理推介 佢係由冬菇/金華火腿/魚整成 每啖可以一次過食3樣野 好正!上面仲有炸左個米 好脆好香口!呢個真係無介紹錯呀 😍 個龍蝦尾以為真係得龍蝦 點知仲有麵!唔似出面d餐廳用好浠既芝士 d芝士好濃 所以都食到好飽好濟😂😂另外甜品都係任食!經理知道我地唔食榴連仲比左楊枝甘露布甸我地食 好好人!🥰 continue reading

之前有去過同層SO TAM越南菜之良好體驗, 今次打算再去回味之時, 怎料同行朋友告知隔壁有間叫"嚐.捌", 食中式的, 我還以為是另一家, 怎料是同一老細, 分兩家食不同東西, 既然越南菜都很出彩, 倒不如嚐嚐佢中菜又處理得如何吧! 先講環境一樣保持舒適整漯, 我地雖然只得三個, 但店員都細心安排一張較寬落的枱給我們坐下,   原來之後菜式很豐富, 如果唔係恐怕放不下呢!當晚有個個人套餐(除主菜外), 其他可以任叫, 包括涼菜,點心,主菜, 還有湯品, 糖水/甜品, 這麼豐富才$158, 真係抱住嘗試心態試試吧!先講頭盤涼菜, 四款選擇, 四款都做得相當出色點心-絕對好過很多大酒樓, 原來大部份都係店內師傅嘅手工點心, 咸點甜點都令人回味, 還可以任叫, 還未食到主菜已經如此出色, 絕對期待主菜呀!主菜- 有6款我們選擇, 我們3個便選了麒麟魚香米,芝士焗龍蝦尾和鳳梨咕嚕, 三樣都很美味, 特別係個魚, 無骨滑溜, 無得彈, 出色過外面很多中菜館吧!當然最後白飯可以任叫, 並且還有甜品, 可惜當日甜品係榴槤, 我並不好此, 但其實未到甜品我已經飽到不得了,如果稍為有胃口的朋友們, 在這裡一定食得很痛快吧! 總括而言, 除了越南SO TAM, 我都好慶幸自己有嘗試埋另一邊嘅嚐.捌中菜, 以後又多個非常好的食中菜地方 continue reading

這間位於銅鑼灣時代廣場對面的嚐·捌,晚市時間有半自助任食點心及小菜,價錢都是百多元起,十幾款前菜及點心任食,另外每位可揀一款主菜。荔枝紅茶及胎菊以位上形式,荔枝味道突出,加茶香,消滯又清香。冬蓉湯味道清甜,有些冬菇香。前菜點了麻煩三姑及梅酒秋葵,前者帶微微的麻辣香,十分惹味;後者帶梅酒的甜香且爽脆。點心方面,大部份都以人頭計算,不會浪費。一籠八戒即叉燒包,外型趣緻,叉燒餡香甜。迷你馬拉糕鬆軟帶甜香。雞雞春卷、鮮蝦炸雲吞及五香金角即叫即炸,新鮮熱辣,炸至金黃香脆,炸雲吞裏面大大粒蝦肉,咸水角煙韌。芥菜蝦餃蝦肉爽口,帶點芥菜獨特氣味。蟹子燒賣及陳皮牛肉味道正常,牛肉有些爽口馬蹄。主菜麒麟魚香米極有特色,沙巴仔去骨,夾上冬菇及金華火腿蒸熟很再淋上魚骨熬煮的魚湯及脆米,魚肉帶點肉咸鮮味又有冬菇清香,脆米浸了魚湯依然香脆,吸收了魚湯的鮮甜。另一個主菜芝士焗龍蝦尾,表面舖滿了龍蝦肉及芝士,下面是伊麵底,龍蝦肉爽彈,伊麵爽口充滿芝士香。 continue reading
