♨️明太子溫泉蛋冷烏冬🍜溫泉蛋大大粒,明太子份量多,唔會好咸,少少辣,👩🏻‍🌾幾中意。湯濃鹹度適中。烏冬以100%北海道麵粉新鮮製造,食得出烏冬彈牙有韌度,冷食相對會再硬身少少,如果你係中意偏硬身的話就適合你😬不過有一兩條就應該煮得唔夠耐就真係太硬身。食食吓覺得個味有啲單調,可以加埋washabi同枱上一瓶炸麵粉衣,刺激得嚟又脆脆地,推薦加埋一齊食!

Saw a small que at around 12 on Saturday and decided to walk in due to the selection of Udon displayed on the shops foam board outside.After a quick wait and quick ordering from the kiosk I was seated in a “solo” booth. I took the receipt and scanned the QR at the booth and within 10 minutes my Udon cameI ordered the cold mentaiko udon as I wanted something with more texture. I ordered the cold mentaiko udon as I wanted something with more texture. I was pleasantly surprised with the udon texture as it was so chewy! It is definitely the best I’ve had in (Hong Kong). I asked the manager about the Udon and they mentioned it’s hand made with 100% Hokkaido wheat! No wonder!

It was a steal with this quality. I will definitely come back and try their other selections as the hot soup bases seem very attractive !
