先試下個湯底先!係胡椒豬肚湯,味道非常濃郁,好香嘅胡椒味但又唔會太嗆鼻!我飲咗勁多碗!大家都認為胡椒豬肚湯底係聰明嘅做法,因為可以蓋過魚腥味!我自己對於魚腥味的確唔太敏感,但有其中一個朋友比較敏感嘅係覺得有腥味!

要讚嘅係粉腸同豬肚,兩樣都好好味,吸收晒胡椒湯味,肉質爽口易咬開,亦都冇異味,處理得好好!😋

中秋提早食飯,選了新界圍村盆菜一試,選擇了較高级鮑魚,海參,元貝有一種8百多元。疫情下只送到家樓下,ok。 份量足,雞,燒鴨不夠新鮮。鮑魚两節手指大,不夠淋,味一般。元貝好味又淋, 但海參帶酸味較,肉好薄。豬肉不夠淋。蝦冇味。其他都足味。整体中等價錢用中等貨。

今日華哥同暉姐請我地去参加佢地堂區嘅改進工程籌款千人盤菜宴,咁有意義既善舉,我地一早就舉腳参加。教會d教友真係好齊心,成千人参加,我真係肅然起敬去到發現盤菜宴係由南苑到會,南苑d盤菜幾出名,我聽過但未食過。睇吓張菜單,都好多野食喎南苑派出職工到場服務。有盤菜、有汽水礦泉水,纸巾碗筷牙簽樣樣齊。大家流晒口水等待加熱中嘅盤菜。南苑員工撕開錫纸,可惜早左少少,面頭d食物仍有d凍,一於一路加熱一路食喇嘩,巧多料呀,都算對板,菜單所列食材,全部齊晒喎要食飯嘅可以去大飯桶道but,我地食盤菜夠晒囉,冇人去but飯。係咪好好食?都唔錯嘅,中規中矩咁喇,所有菜單上嘅食材都有齊,南苑職工又會嚟加吓湯,令d食物更加入味。我地認為楕圓形嘅魚蛋最好味,豬皮就多左d, sap吓sap吓,食吓又講吓笑,好愉快咁度過一個中午。我同華哥同暉姐講,如果下次再有d又有得食,又可以做善事嘅教會活動,I will be the boss佢地都話vely骨喎。

呢間店除左係酒家之外,入面仲有茶餐廳既野食,不過環境其實都幾唔乾淨,見到曬出面dirty碗...就係呢個菠蘿包,我一定一定like爆佢,所有材料都係最簡單最普通,但卻係天下美味。首先最吸引的一定係個包先,夠熱、夠新鮮、夠漲卜卜,而且菠蘿糖皮仲好脆添。跟住就可以簡料,價錢夠曬平,呢個價錢出面食半份早餐都唔得。我梗係一次邪惡到盡頭啦!炒蛋、芝士加一大舊牛油!!!炒蛋好creamy好濕潤,份量好似仲大過「足三襾」,好食過翠x多多聲。之後老媽子叫左個肉餅飯,同樣係「足三襾」咁款。厚厚既肉餅好多肉汁,肉完全唔會孩口,仲成塊面咁大。伴碟既菜仲多到可以另成一碟,真係分曬俾成家食都得。

就係呢個菠蘿包,我一定一定like爆佢

之後老媽子叫左個肉餅飯,同樣係「足三襾」咁款。厚厚既肉餅好多肉汁,肉完全唔會孩口,仲成塊面咁大。伴碟既菜仲多到可以另成一碟,真係分曬俾成家食都得。

炭烤新鮮叉燒:老遠把老人家送來都是為了這家的炭烤叉燒!一上桌就看到燈光下面通紅油亮的叉燒,好不醒神。這家的叉燒沒有半肥瘦,也沒有燶邊,何好味之有呢?肉偏瘦,層次用口可以咬開來,軟腍入口即化,新鮮的肉尤其豐腴。叉燒對這回事,應該各有各自好吃的定義吧!對我來說就很滿意。欖角一字骨:又是「贏左個勢」的一道菜,師傅好不吝嗇的下了很多黑漆漆的欖角,新鮮炸好的排骨咬下香脆,欖角的鹹香呼之欲出。其他的菜就...「大件夾抵食」,不用特別試了。這裡如果沒有車應該很難來吧。有心的朋友經過才試一下吧。全家人是不折不扣的叉燒鐵粉!曾經留意過酒店索價三百多的叉燒:可能很好吃但是不值,普通有心燒放入話應該就已經很好吃了!說到底也是童年回憶,小時候逢要「加餸」爺爺就會「呼」一聲的去樓下買半肥瘦,看著我們孫倆吃的樂滋滋的自己也笑成一團。

初8同家人慕名而來,訂了傳統盤菜,盤菜就應該食傳統的才知實力,知道有好有壞評價,但同事推介食過它的盤菜,很惹味,所以就入八鄉一試,首先到達門口覺得有些簡陃,鄉郊地方裝修不重要,最緊要食物,不過埋到坐位覺得有點不衛生,地下也是油油的,很易滑到,都不打緊了,盤菜上桌,火爐就開始番熱,我們靜待錫紙出煙,一等就等了20分鐘,我本人覺得個Gas爐唔夠猛,應該佢先係廚房番熱才放出來比較好,結果大家當然等不下去,因為已經8點很餓了,就打開錫紙,果一刻感覺盤菜賣相良好,滿心期待,先食了件白切雞先,仲凍的而且無雞味⊙_⊙蠔豉好濃味但同盤菜食物味道完全唔同,應該煮好放面,最期待豬皮,芋頭,蘿蔔, 真係食到呆了,為什麼淡淡淡,沒味道可言?廚師是否漏了加獻汁炆? 成盤最大問題就係過淡,蝦像白灼蝦,沒有煎過的,燒鴨,燒味就沒有突出,豬腩是盤菜靈魂之一,入口一層層脂肪都很鬆軟,但沒有南乳味道,沒有梅菜味道,不夠惹味,也食不到門鱔味道,魚蛋比想像中新鮮彈牙随圓形的,枝竹係我唯一覺得好味的食材。最後我們全家要問服務員要了一碗豉油,加進去才食得下,可能我們口味不健康,最令我難忘的是,傳統盤菜價錢係$1088, 飯,飲品
