呢杯話梅浸Whisky有話梅浸酸甜味,又有Whisky的酒味,冰冰涼涼,飲落去好舒服,又好開胃。

Peekaboo 🫖川貝枇杷膏加紅莓
呢杯用中式茶杯上茶好有風格,飲落去有枇杷膏的薄荷味再加紅莓的酸酸甜甜味,又開骨又醒神,而且飲落去暖笠笠好舒服😌。

所謂辣辣海鮮邊個食,嗰個一定係我。呢個意粉簡直滿足曬我嘅願望。佢冬陰功嘅味真係整得夠曬辣度,一食會上癮🤤。海鮮亦都非常足料,可以見到佢隻蝦同埋魷魚嘅肉都係好肥美。意粉嘅軟硬度亦都好啱我食。最重要嘅係佢呢個醬汁完全能夠深入意粉同埋海鮮當中,成個菜式都非常之入味。食完之後會覺得非常飽,所以分量都好足夠嘅。

好有特色嘅Fusion, 似北京填鴨只係用加左海鮮醬risotto 取代左原有嘅烤餅.
鴨胸份量唔少, 大片而嫩重肉味. 而當中 risotto 尤為出色, 調味剛剛好, 唔會太鹹, 香濃而帶有咬口. 配埋鴨胸味道就剛剛好, 而面頭脆脆亦豐富左口感.

好耐冇食到有創意得來又好食,又抵嘅西餐廳,今次聽同事介紹來左上環呢間試,食完十分滿意,極力推,下次都會再帶朋友來食!「Ignited」係有rum 酒嘅cocktail,紅棗加烏龍茶泡泡溝rum,又估唔到幾清新!「Golden Chrysanthemum Tea」係有gin 酒嘅cocktail, 菊花浸gin ,再加菊花茶,飲落又幾好味,好香菊花茶!「Gambas Ai Ajillo」呢個大推,蝦大大隻得來,又新鮮,而且加有蒜片,呢個蒜片蝦係真心好香好正!「Bird」呢個真係唔話得,燒春雞可以話係外脆內軟,再加迷迭香好好食好香口,係啖啖肉滿足!
