OVERALL: for tasting, dishes change depending on season. 6-set for lunch, 8-set for dinner, option to add on of 2 hour free flow package on weekends for $268/$398

🐚scallop - the perfect bite in 3 layers of goodness - seared scallop w/ caviar and black truffle and green peas

🫖tea - served like tea, even has all the soup bits in a tea bag where it melts when served, 10/10 for presentation

🪸razor clam - ceviche razor clam w/ cav and uni, incredibly refreshing and generous portion whether be it the clams or supplements of the dish

🍨tofu - bit heavy to finish the meal, loved the top layer of the dessert but the bottom was incredibly sweet
