上次去上環食飯,經過呢間SOW,見到門面幾靚,上網睇原來係間fushion菜餐廳,幾特別,所以今晚放工就過咗嚟試吓😆⭐️月見免治雞肉三食 (大阪燒,燒了月見,避風塘)擺盤好靚,雞串由肉同軟骨溝埋一齊,幾有口感,重點係佢放係一旁嘅醬油加蛋黃,好好味,配雞一流⭐️西班牙乳豬薯蓉好creamy,乳豬皮脆肉嫩食得出有嘥時間去醃製,醬汁有酒味去調製的甜甜地,夾得好好⭐️俄式牛柳鵝肝煲仔飯賣相好好,落醬汁焗一下好有鋸扒嘅感覺,牛柳軟熟,不過因為佢係risotto,而且加埋飯焦,啲飯會偏硬⭐️朱古力心太軟配開心果雪糕開心果雪糕係有開心果味,好好🥹而且心太軟做到流心,如果唔係因為太飽,都想食多件😋

賣相好好,落醬汁焗一下好有鋸扒嘅感覺,牛柳軟熟,不過因為佢係risotto,而且加埋飯焦,啲飯會偏硬

⭐️朱古力心太軟配開心果雪糕
開心果雪糕係有開心果味,好好🥹而且心太軟做到流心,如果唔係因為太飽,都想食多件😋
