Tenderloin ($300+). Ordered medium well, but when it come it become all well cook. What surprise me was that not only the meat doesn't taste any beef. 1. Strip steak. Medium Well cook. to be fair just ok, cant taste the beef ($300+)

2. Tenderloin ($300+). Ordered medium well, but when it come it become all well cook. What surprise me was that not only the meat doesn't taste any beef. But it also carry a strong boiling meat taste and smell. As a steak lover, i think i know what make a steak smell and taste like boiled..

Services: Good, with smile, not too attentive. Was require to switch seat for a large group of ppl which i had no issue at all.

After all, i m just wondering how come the Divino arms quality swing from the top to such a low scale. May be this palce is for pizzas and pasta

由於友人有main course buy one get one free coupon, 於是選擇在此共聚晚餐~氣氛唔錯,靜靜地,很適合傾偈…點了rib eye, fish and pasta with black truffle…這個rib 7成熟剛剛好, 薯條炸得香脆好味只是那個醬汁吃不出是什麼味道呢~還點了這個fish, 雖然鹹左少少,但好入味, 不過肉身比較散, 一夾便散…最後點了這個長通粉,第一啖幾好味,但是食太多會感到漏呢…相對地重口味~

我們一個要了Antipasti only $155另一個要了Antipasti+ Main $188
Antipasti 有沙律菜数種, 其中一種比較少見的菜似是白菜仔的一種微型版, 口感幼滑但菜味則無甚特別的重, 沙律汁也做了5-6種, 其中乳酪味沙律汁的乳酪味很突出, Caecar Salad Sauce做得比較杰身, 而凍肉片則各色各樣都齋備, 但因為凍肉片(風乾牛肉簿片, 火腿簿片, 莎樂美腸簿片, 巴馬火腿簿片)都是經過醃製的肉, 基本上都是咸味為主, 即使有麵飽籃伴食, 食完一堆凍肉片個口腔內殘留着一口咸味, 而這裡的煙三文魚片的魚腥味相當重一口難忘, 吃不了魚腥味的客人最好避之則吉, 而巴馬火腿片的咸就必須要用哈蜜瓜化解它的咸味但配合起來效果亦幾好,

餐單繼續以意大利傳統名菜為骨幹,意式燴牛膝配藏紅花意大利飯、白酒蜆肉意粉、傳統意式肉醬千層麵等等全部應有盡有,此外還有頗受食客歡迎的意大利風乾火腿拼盤,選擇相當豐富。

不過我們決意來個反傳統式的選擇 - 吞拿魚他他。在意菜餐廳點吞拿魚他他做頭盤,難道我們以為這裡是牛扒屋吧?

非也。其實只是被一張網上所見的相片所吸引,失落的是菜式來到完全面目全非。

吞拿魚肉粒用薑汁和檸檬汁醃過後,再仿照三文治般以牛油果蓉夾住,味道頗為清新。但兩層牛油果蓉的「批盪」做得比較粗糙,賣相絕對沒有預期中的亮麗。

吞拿魚他他之後,接著便是一道鮮茄龍蝦意粉。

想起一碟美味的鮮茄龍蝦意粉,不其然聯想起 Gold by Harlan Goldstein 或 Azure 。

其實這款意粉本身做得頗為彈牙和有口感,龍蝦選用了來自波士頓的貨色,肉質特別上乘,可惜跟之前的頭盤一樣,賣相擺設得比較粗糙,鮮蕃茄醬汁亦淡而無味,令菜式彷彿失去了靈魂。

晚餐的最後一道菜是招牌菜之一的烤乳豬,菜式特別之處是採用了意大利撒丁島的傳統製法,以新鮮香桃木葉醃過後再慢烤完成。

烤乳豬的賣相相當簡單,入口感覺肉質十分嫩滑,但脂肪層較厚,略為油膩之餘,味道亦傾向單調,完全沒有新鮮香桃木葉的香味!

縱使是全新的店舖位置,但一切還是新瓶舊酒,同樣沒有笑容的侍應,為我們帶來冷漠的服務。食物也沒有特別的驚喜,不試沒有損失。

巴馬火腿絕對是哈蜜瓜的良伴,另外也有Salami及其他火腿、凍肉;愛吃肉的話,場內亦有供應燒牛仔肉片、豬柳片及牛舌,牛舌是估不到好味,同時也有燒雜菜來中和一下,除了意大利青瓜、茄子等大路選擇,內容還包括燒露筍呢。

也看看沙律部分,配料選擇不俗:麵包脆粒、巴馬臣芝士粉、煙肉碎,以及三款沙律醬,甜魔媽媽又可以製作最喜歡的Caesar Salad了! 又有紅腰豆伴鷹咀豆、蕃茄、粟米、三色椒絲、甘筍絲、紅菜頭粒,全都是十分健康的食材,甜魔媽媽每款都吃了點。

好,又看看甜魔家吃了甚麼吧;最先上檯是麵包籃,水準不錯的,十分喜歡foccia及grissini脆條,尤以後者十分香口吸引,甜魔媽媽吃個不停呢!

然後拿了一碗Potato & Leek Soup,不過這湯味道比較淡,不算吸引,唯一好處就是給囝囝飲就很適合了~ 其實為食囝囝在家裡先吃飽了粥才出來,因此接著爸媽可以更專心的享用salad buffet了。幾乎每一碟我們都有拿巴馬火腿拌哈蜜瓜,另外青嫩美味的沙律菜也是大量進食! 芝士也拿了不少,三款芝士中有兩款都十分美味,特別是方粒那款,略帶煙薰香,囝囝也一直來搶吃! 除了芝士,雞蛋也是他極愛的食材,是日也吃了2-3件。天氣凍特別好胃口,加上環境舒適、心情放鬆,就更能吃了! 其實都數不到吃了多少輪,總之每人至少3碟以上才收手,慢慢等待主菜上檯。

可惜這裡的肉類主菜不設牛扒,在Pan Fried Seabass與Roasted Organic Farm Chicken中 (也可加$25選擇Tuna Steak) 選了後者,成品皮脆肉也算香,甜魔媽媽吃的是雞胸部份,也不會太乾;雞脾就留了給爸爸,應該更加好味吧~ 配菜是沙律菜及烤薯,前者會咸了些少,後者水準就很高,香甜軟糯。

另一款主菜就是加$10變成Homemade Egg Tagliatelle with Speck Ham, Mushroom & Tomato,自家製的蛋麵果然份外鮮香、軟滑,口感很不錯,淡淡的調味加上新鮮的食材鮮味,已經非常吸引了,雖然大家都很飽,最後也一條不剩吃光了! 相比之下,這款主菜更值推介呢~

吃完滿意的主菜,我們決定也加點一份甜品;南亞藉的侍者在收碟時,正好囝囝開心大唱ABC song及Hot Cross Buns,引得她十分開心,決定送贈mini ice-cream給為食豬,發大達了! 囝囝很難得的分享其中一支小巧雪糕筒 (雲尼拿味) 給爸爸,成品應是XTC的雪糕,十分美味呢! 至於朱古力他就打死不願意給我們分嚐了,吃到最後還大玩特玩,興奮不己~

以一杯香濃的Cappuccino作結 (媽媽這杯是Decaf的),就完成一頓極之寫意又滿足的午餐;埋單$445,絕對是物有所值啦。最後,還有人不客氣自製飯後水果碟.... 都說了這裡的哈蜜瓜清甜好吃啦!
