週末想扮下遊客,搵個地方relax一下。我和友人走咗去尖咀海旁啲餐廳搵食,搵了好幾間,見呢度有lunch buffet,(沙律同甜品任夾),又可以有海景睇,咁就揀咗個自助餐自助沙律set 配主菜。初時想叫加配主菜,係因為以為自助餐的選擇不多,而且多數是冷盤沙律,怎知,冷盤沙律的選擇蠻多,有意式pama harm, 青黃椒,加上多款沙律菜,breakfast egg, 煙三文魚蛋。冷盤味道不俗而且蠻新鮮,因有多款醬汁選配,吃了兩轉後反而很飽肚,感覺不用嗌主菜也能填飽肚子。值得一提是這裡的甜品出乎意料的好吃,那個牛奶布丁入口滑溜香甜,這個是半自助餐裡包括的選擇,我見有不少人夾了好幾個,這個也推介大家一定要吃。

既然是食肉獸menu下的菜式,原來還會以為菜式很大碟。

但到來的只是鷄塊兩件,有點大失預算。

餐牌上說明食店用上的是有法國紅標簽認證的玉米飼養雞,以多種配料以24小時醃製再烤焗成上桌。雞肉雖然算得上入味,不過肉質不算很嫩滑,而且以二佰多元的價錢來說份量真的算少。既然稱得上是食肉獸菜式,食客期望至少會有半隻春雞上桌吧!

雞肉沒有甚麽大驚喜,但是伴碟的藜麥吸收了煮汁及乳酪忌廉的香味,吃時變得甚為可口,反而是整碟主菜的一大亮點。

一層又一層的菇菇前菜,先是底層的PORTOBELLO菇,厚肉大隻,菇味很突出,配以中層的莧菜以及芝士一起吃,剛好中和那菇味,各者協調得非常諧和。

旁邊以茄醬畫碟,但茄醬並不是馬虎的裝飾品那麼簡單,而是有肉汁香的茄醬,像是肉醬意粉的肉醬,有趣。
主菜當中,由於意粉太多選擇了,所以決定要PIZZA。而PIZZA當中,選了這個比較特別的,有新鮮的海鮮鋪滿整個表面!

PIZZA的重點當然是餅底,這PIZZA底做得十分香脆可口,塗上比一般更濃的茄醬,比普通的會酸一點。
最後,當然是要叫甜點啦!沒有甜品,就不是美滿的一餐嘛!
多款甜品中,選了意大利菜最普遍、最常見的TIRAMISU,同時亦是最易學荃精的。

TIRAMISU以JAR呈上,但碟上亦以糖霜點輟,盡見其細心。TIRAMISU讓我驚喜的地方是,它的芝宜非常香濃、厚滑,而不是稀稀的WHIPPED CREAM口感,十分欣賞這點!不過LADIES FINGERS若能沾上更多咖啡酒就更好。

To cut a long story short, we tried to use the Entertainer app here which gives you buy-one-get-one-free on main meals but after several attempts to inform the staff that we wanted to use the app that night, many of the wait staff looked puzzled, confused and then ran off to consult someone. (This happened at least 3 times). We were eventually greeted by the manager (I think) who said that the restaurant does not allow this offer on Fri and weekends, and that I should have specifically said that I wished to use the app on the telephone reservation - None of this is specified in the T&C of the app which I have read numerous times. The manager informed me that these were their own rules! As it was late on a Friday night, and I didn't have the energy to complain nor get up and try another restaurant. We ordered some food.

We ordered the ravioli, the beef stew (Ossobuco Alla Milanese), corn-fed chicken breast and lasagne.

Ravioli- nice, but small portion. Expensive. $188
Ossobuco Alla Milanese (Beef stew) - nicest meal of the night, lots of meat, authentic taste, big portion. $238
Lasagne- home-made, tasted OK. Good sized portion. $178
Corn-fed chicken breast - huge disappointment, a small portion of chicken cut up into slices on a bed of cold limp spinach, and some lemon sauce. See photo attached. $228. Looks nice but did  not fill me up, and felt the dish was way overpriced.

As we were eating and chatting, my friend's plate was not finished (there was still food on the plate), we were just simply taking our time. A waiter came round and tried to take the plate away! This is unprofessional.

不經不覺離開咗香港有兩個幾月,諗住嚟到應該揾翻啲港式美食嘆吓;點知最想嘅竟然係去尖東海傍飲吓啤酒,食吓啲 comfort food ,同埋吹吓水!上個週末喺銅鑼灣同老友離開錄音室之後就嚟到 Spasso 食嘢,兼吓欣賞黄昏嘅海港景色。嗰日傍晚唔算太熱,我哋坐喺戶外仲有啲涼風,好舒服!Spasso 嘅生啤夠涷,涼透心!我哋食咗炸 calamari , Caesar salad,tagliatelle 同 gelato ; 食物就中規中矩啦,service 就好好,價錢合理!仲有就係泊車方便!香港實在有好多嘢我唔捨得嘅!

不經不覺離開咗香港有兩個幾月,諗住嚟到應該揾翻啲港式美食嘆吓;點知最想嘅竟然係去尖東海傍飲吓啤酒,食吓啲 comfort food ,同埋吹吓水!上個週末喺銅鑼灣同老友離開錄音室之後就嚟到 Spasso 食嘢,兼吓欣賞黄昏嘅海港景色。嗰日傍晚唔算太熱,我哋坐喺戶外仲有啲涼風,好舒服!Spasso 嘅生啤夠涷,涼透心!我哋食咗炸 calamari , Caesar salad,tagliatelle 同 gelato ; 食物就中規中矩啦,service 就好好,價錢合理!仲有就係泊車方便!

如果有到過Divino集團的餐廳,應該都知道這裡的500g BURRATA D.O.P是超級的巨型!今天,我們六個人才勉強可以ko掉這個king size Burrata,但鄰桌一對外藉情侶竟然可以兩個人就把它完全消滅,真的讓我們大開眼界。

回說這小布袋,內裡是mozzarella cream,把小布袋切開後,看著芝士徐徐流出,心情也特別愉快。點些橄欖油和意大利醋,再和小蕃茄和紅洋蔥一起吃,其實,如果不是再留力吃其他食物,我也可以吃掉半個呢。

香港人愛吃海鮮,我也不例外。Spasso這個MARE NOSTRUM把海鮮密密麻麻的鋪在薄餅上,就像是pizza版本的paella,海鮮的味道滲入餅中,想想已覺好吃。可是大廚還嫌不夠,在薄餅上還灑上了龍蝦汁,這就是為甚麼這pizza比一般的來得潤濕!真的沒有想過薄餅會比配料更吸引呢!

咋看這RISOTTO ACQUERELLO還以為是牛肉他他,但其實是紅菜頭意大利飯。還以為以紅菜頭為主的Rissotto味道會較為清淡,沒想到味道卻十分鮮明,紅菜頭的味道甚至蒙著眼也可以吃得出來。和忌廉一起吃口感更滑,和黑松露片一起吃則味道更香,這款Risotto是全晚的一大驚喜呢。

咖啡系飲品也很有驚喜,FRAPPE CAPPUCCINO “SCACCIAFATICA”,即叫即做的咖啡奶昔,保留了Cappuccino那層厚厚的泡沫,就變成了這杯特別的Cappuccino奶昔。我一向喜歡奶昔,平常去到最後我都是喝一杯Latte,今天終於有其他更適合我的選擇了。

如果你喜歡espresso,一樣有特別的選擇。SICILIAN STYLE ARABICA COFFEE GRANITA把espresso咖啡雪成冰碎,頂上一抹忌廉把其貌不揚的咖啡冰粒變得神秘起來,就像漆黑中的一片明燈,讓人感覺安心和溫暖。

尖東的Spasso無論環境和食物都給我很溫暖的感覺,這是以往在海港城所沒有的。或許,就是為甚麼星期一的晚上,這裡也是座無虛席吧。

昨晚在Spasso Italian Bar & Restaurant (尖沙咀)與好友2人一起補祝生日晚飯($818),一入去氣氛不錯,景觀好,但奈何是下雨天,看不太清維港夜景,服務一流(因為我與朋友都是英文差一點,服務員眼看我不太懂,立即上前問要換張有中文解釋的餐牌嗎,而且每吃完一道菜,收碟速度快,也會先問,非常有禮貌,而食物方面呢,麵包比較硬同太有口感(感覺比較強差人意,可能我同朋友都喜歡吃又硬又難咬開的麵包吧),鵝肝火喉剛好好吃,而且配菜都很好味,pizza原來都幾大,因為在我倆心中不會很大,哈哈,而肉眼扒連薯條配菜就一個咸,但肉眼你要求多成熟就多少成,技術👍

呢個Sunday Brunch Semi Buffet當然係頭盤任食啦,好既係佢有free flow橙汁飲,不過我就點左free flow紅酒,加左98蚊,但都有意大利酒,都幾唔錯呀,仲有個型仔意大利男人做背景,真係幾似去左外地

海鮮方面,出人意表地海鮮同刺身都有鮮味,唔會有雪味或者咩味都無既情況,尤其個龍蝦!我相信鍾意食既人可以食到好多!而大家都愛吃的蠔呢,可能有點失望,金屬同海水味較重,蠔味就差左少少,Buffet係咁上下啦

總括而言前奏一流,可以中間有一敗筆成為美中不足
不過500蚊smei buffet brunch可算是中上之算,如果去酒店都未必有咁既質素同一定無free flow red wine啦。好難講抵定唔抵......只能夠講係閒唔時俾自己享受下都無壞既

一直想同男朋友在星期日享受一個休閒美味的Brunch , 心中的餐廳是充滿異國風情 , 於是就鎖定位於尖東的餐廳 , 走着走着憑直覺最終決定試試這間意式餐廳。餐廳大約有200個座位 , 間隔寬敞開揚 , 有露天和室內座位。我們大概12點半到 , 唔使等就即刻有位。 店內主要是外籍人士, 可能外國人星期日都愛享受一個Brunch。雖然露天座位有外國feel , 但都覺得有d曬 , 最後我們選擇了室內座位。室內座位也可以望到維港的景色 , 相信夜晚的感覺會更浪漫!侍應帶位時我地經過salad bar  , 有各式常見的沙律菜和配料(麵包脆粒、巴馬臣芝士粉、煙肉碎、三款沙律醬、紅腰豆、鷹咀豆、蕃茄、粟米、三色椒絲、甘筍絲、紅菜頭粒、丹麥酥和牛角包等等) , 由於我地無認真睇menu , 所以以為個Brunch就係main course加salad bar。Settle左座位之後就去salad bar食個前菜清下腸胃。返到位食食下發現原來另一邊都有一張長枱 , 於是食完salad就即刻睇下長枱有d咩野食 , 原來長枱擺放左各式凍肉和火腿(例如巴馬火腿、Salami等)、鴨胸、煙三文魚、豬柳片及

返到位食食下發現原來另一邊都有一張長枱 , 於是食完salad就即刻睇下長枱有d咩野食 , 原來長枱擺放左各式凍肉和火腿(例如巴馬火腿、Salami等)、鴨胸、煙三文魚、豬柳片及牛舌等。再望下旁邊 , 嘩原來仲有個海鮮吧! 個海鮮吧一d都唔hea, 有龍蝦、龍蝦仔、蠔、八瓜魚、凍蝦、螺肉、長蟹腳、翡翠螺等,十分豐富。我地就樣樣海鮮都試下。 以為淨係得煙三文魚 , 原來海鮮旁邊仲有新鮮三文魚、吞拿魚刺身和幾款壽司! 咁都不特止 , 海鮮吧旁有廚師負責切燒牛仔肉片 , 愛吃肉的男友見到都流晒口水。

試完以上食物其實已經覺得飽 , 再食就驚食唔落main course , 於是就叫侍應上main course 。main course的賣相精緻 , 而且份量不少 , 但見到賣相吸引的食物又忍唔住口繼續食!

食完main course真係已經好飽 , 而且見無甜品吧 , 就叫侍應埋單 , 然後侍應就同我地講仲有甜品未上 , 我地諗住應該只係細細件cake或者一兩球雪糕 , 點知係大大盤的甜品拼盤!d人話甜品係由第二個胃去消化既haha , 所以我地又食埋個甜品啦!

Spasso意大利文解 “happiness” 和 “joy”, 而我和男朋友在這裡享受了一個非常美味又豐富的Brunch。整體而言 , 服務質素好 , brunch buffet 的食物種類繁多 , 大部分的食物味道不錯 , 值得一試!
