知道男朋友鍾意食大閘蟹,依家開始當造,即刻帶佢去食。呢間餐廳內設270度落地玻璃窗,亦有露台,可以出去同維港夜景打卡。我地叫左2皇1后大閘蟹饗宴,大閘蟹饗宴$398/位,夜晚8:30之後可以$368/位就食到,好抵。茶有鐵觀音或普洱,我地揀左鐵觀音。首先黎左前菜:金磚豆腐肴肉。金磚豆腐外皮夠脆,豆腐軟滑又熱辣辣,好食。肴肉味道唔錯。蟹粉小籠包每位1隻,皮薄餡靚,一穿啲濃湯就滿瀉出黎,一定要吮晒佢。精選大閘蟹每位有3隻(2皇1后),餐廳嚴選「黃毛金爪」高質靚蟹,大閘蟹公約重5両,大閘蟹乸約重3両半。食蟹既次序係公母公,兩種都多蟹膏,蟹公多肉,蟹乸多蟹黃,食到舐舐脷。食完會有杯薑茶俾你暖胃。家嫂臘味飯夠香口,臘腸潤腸食落唔會有好油膩既感覺。紅糟菌皇金姿偏油,有菇類、翠玉瓜、魚片。粟米鮮蝦羹略鹹,但勝在足料,大大隻蝦。精美甜品係黄金撻,入面係奶皇餡,唔錯。每人可揀陳年彫皇或橙汁。依家可以任飲花彫,男朋友勁開心,佢話味道香醇,唔會好苦,反而飲到少少甜味,好好飲甘話。餐廳話啲花彫有廿年架啦,唔怪得好飲啦。橙汁亦都有好多果肉,真材實料。

我是一個brunch的大粉絲,當辛勤工作一週後,有什麽比一個懶洋洋+好好味+微微醉的週日更吸引?試過無數brunch,大部份都是西式,所以當知道星薈有一個中式fusion brunch時,第一時間舉手。中西合璧的食物,主打冰鎮龍蝦及鮑魚,有一點點像seafood platter。龍蝦鮑魚非常新鮮,剛好熟而且保留鮮味。既然是中西合璧,蝦餃燒賣必不可少。最令我驚喜的是最後的魚餃淮山麺,孤陋寡聞的我還是第一次食。麵煮得剛剛好,口感清脆爽口。淮山含大量蛋白質和消化酵素,一邊享受美食一邊養身。星薈位於尖沙咀中心地帶,非常方便,而且景觀一流。她有一個廣闊的陽臺,眺望維多利亞港優美景色,是180度無遮擋的打卡熱點,大家可以穿戴靚靚,瘋狂自拍。服務很貼心,當天選了free flow champagne,侍應不斷來來回回添加,肯定回本了。無獨有偶,那個週末我不斷喝Nicolas Feuillatte香檳。在香港,她可能不是家傳戶曉的名字,但原來她是法國三大暢銷香檳品牌。那天選來Nicolas Feuillatte Reserve Exclusive Brut NV,有青蘋果、薄荷和西柚的味道,非常清新。

上到嚟,計埋我地得四枱,可能多數都係做婚宴,所以有散客要點心,即蒸需時更耐。櫻花蝦脆炸柚皮,每看到柚皮我都必點。這道是我吃過最油膩和咸的一道,蝦和柚皮都吸了很多油 。花膠燉雞湯,挺快就上桌了,味道不錯的,但真的咸了。蒜炒莧菜可以,咸度還能少一更好。很久才到的蒸腸粉,蝦餃和灌湯餃。腸粉黏黏的,因為沒掃油,緊實一點,但滑度還可以。蝦餃蒸得皮都爛了,肉餡過得去而且。灌湯餃湯頭不錯,配著素翅吃都能當一道菜了,餃就不要管了。蛋白炒飯,炒得不錯,粒粒分明,就咸得不行。

今次呢間餐廳,曾經經過見到但未有機會去試!今次藉著生日飯,朋友提議去食。其中一位朋友試過推介食物唔錯,仲要有靚景添!餐廳喺大廈最高層,我地訂左19:30,早左到都可以有位,可能仲未有好多人知道,所以都唔算好多檯。出左電梯,入到餐廳就見到落地玻璃窗見到K11,再配水晶燈,好簡約!讚!未叫野食就比個環境吸引左,而且仲有個露天位置,外面放左幾張高檯,可以坐喺外面飲下野!因為佢地有個小酒吧,可以點cocktail 或有啤酒。其實間餐廳主要用黎做婚宴,環境吸引,個位置可以睇到煙花添!咁左咁耐,要講番當晚我地點左咩食物!我地有5個人,點左一個4人餐,再加左一個小食同埋一個小菜,最後仲加左2個焗西米布甸!首先到左個小食炸豆腐,炸得好靚金黃色,唔需要點汁都夠味。之後小菜陸續送到!真係每個菜都有驚喜,我地只係點左套餐,包括有個炒飯都好味,炒得好乾身,唔感到好油。整體好味!可以再值得再去。

平日晚上,公司同事的慶功宴,尖沙咀區是最方便的,找一間有名氣、有環境、好味道的中菜在這區多的是,但有同事提議試新地方,吾試由自可一試便知龍與鳳。全場坐滿只得四枱客,眼見服務員和經理共有六人,他們傾計多過招呼人客。(可能我們不是名星)食物價錢中上,但出品不是相對的,對食物有要求的各位請勿花錢了。這處唯一賣点,有觀看維港景色大露台,肯定是看煙花和夜景的最佳地方,所以我理解他們上菜慢的原因,是給你時間慢慢享受美景。

自從某名人在此處擺酒,認識此處,名又好,可看星星,多浪漫,知道是鴻星集團,其實有點打折扣,水準多年來已退步,希望有異數。價錢大眾化,選擇小,小點$18,大點$30,食物一般,離差好些,但有海景,就加分。蠔皇义燒包,差,得5粒丁屎义燒碎,無义燒香,蠔皇消失,唯一包的皮,都無失望。黄橋燒餅,有芝麻都吾夠香,無葱,無洋葱,餡吾夠滿,以前好嗰隻,漲卜卜。松葉蟹拑灌湯餃$38,以為好似日本餐廳那樣,有期望,自然失望,莫講話松葉蟹味,連一般蟹味都無,鞋,有瑤柱猪肉蝦肉,不過是丁點,無味,好彩有雞湯,不希罕。蒸蘿蔔糕,蘿蔔多,粉少,但無蘿蔔香,有蘿蔔澀,臘味完全無臘味,蝦米算大隻,有味無海味鮮個隻。前菜花生咸魚仔,都保持好好味,收錢㗎。十幾人一定有位,不用訂,不用等。高级餐廳點解在大門口位,大開廚房門,看到廚房,核核突突,地濕,垃圾筒!

原本食得好好地,上菜上到一半停咗,等埋隔離遲過我點菜嗰幾圍先一齊煮。搞到停咗半個鐘。問個侍應,一邊問就一邊走,無停低同你交待。一路行一路答你跟緊跟緊,但跟黎跟去都無返黎覆你。越食越難食,食到背脊骨落。明明同老豆慶祝生日開開心心,等到無哂胃口。又話服務好,我一的都唔覺得有幾好囉!

6人點了海鮮餐, 份量十足. 湯,魚,蝦,蟹,蠔都有齊. 而且海鮮好新鮮
能夠在尖沙咀睇住維港食飯, 加一茶介後, 埋單$1680. 
平均消費每人$280, 以這個價錢我覺得絕對超值,
同屋企人都好開人心. 
另外, 店內有位男經理 (高高瘦瘦的)服務好細心, 食海鮮會有好多殼, 他會時常換碟. 
媽媽怕凍, 因坐的位置大風他即刻調較冷氣 , 值得加分
下次會再去

同同事試新野,其實想黎食好耐,係俾個view吸引。一上到去地方俾想像中細,可能間咗半邊廳的關係。午飯時間只有三枱客,只有一位侍應工作,又唔得閑接待我們,所以我們自行行入去。兩邊落地大窗,感覺很開揚。出面仲有大露枱,吸煙人士一定鍾意。午市有$75特價套餐,但我地人多,所以叫了不同點心share。食物有不同選擇,賣相又吸引,味道亦不錯,但價錢有點貴。其實各方面都很不錯,但廁所真的有點嚇人,很污糟,完全破壞了整體感覺。

已經是第二次到星薈晚飯,味道是一貫的美味,幾乎每一道菜都很有心思,很配合到每一款香檳。服務十分周到,隨時都有人在旁加酒,上菜速度合宜,而且非常有禮貌,值得加分。個景就簡直一流,180度海景,在這裡happy hour肯定可以把一天的疲倦送走。它是我最近的鍾愛,highly recommend。A quality contemporary Chinese restaurant with a fantastic view.
