銅鑼灣鬧市之中,人氣石燒專門店——Steak Bar,位於登龍街,餐廳除左地址方便易搵,食物水準更加令人眼前一亮,個人認為屬於回頭率相當高既一間扒房🥢 晚市二人套餐內包括主食兩份;點選招牌吉列炸牛扒,每邊燒30秒,肉質鮮嫩多汁、外脆內軟,而且唔會過於油膩,口味、味道都好出色,而另一款比目魚柳,亦無令人失望,表面煎到金黃香口,淡淡焦香中同時保留到魚身既滑嫩感,比預期更出眾!而點選既兩款小食類味道同樣好味合格;推介黑松露薯條,口味恰到好處而且唔會炸過頭,令人唔會有種感覺只有主食特別出色~ 二人餐額外送牛舌一客、配有兩款飲品,而且可選非汽水類,整體而言,抵食而又質素高😋

牛扒原本只係炸到一成熟,餐廳建議我地再煎到五成左右就可以,好好食哦!外面有小小脆,整體好香牛味,勁軟熟😋😋😋😋再套飯素食!正!

每個set都會跟沙律同飯,個飯仲鋪滿左飯素,好好送飯,不過今次啲飯素就好似重手左🤣食落有啲啲鹹,仲有日式醃菜,可以幫口腔清新一下~

今次係第二次到訪仍然維持到水準,有得自己燒又可以食到高質牛肉,睇得又玩得,又唔會有食燒肉個種油膩感🤣不過份量係比較適合一個女仔,如果大胃王嚟到可能要嗌多個set先夠食🤭
