吉列牛絕對唔係新野啦~由日本開始hit到而家,但係一直都無機會去試,撞岩見到呢間steak bar,一於試下佢~吉列炸牛扒$188吉列豬扒食得多,又估唔到炸牛扒口感都唔錯,比起豬扒更加嫩滑多肉汁,牛扒先成塊炸完再切片,再比個爐你隨你燒到幾熟,初時仲以為燒完個炸皮會唔脆,估唔到唔會喎,我諗最大原因係個爐仔細細但傳熱好好!一路炸炸聲咁。牛肉質素又幾好,值得一試~頂級板腱牛扒$215 如果怕熱氣唔想食炸牛扒,我會推薦呢個頂級板腱牛扒~板腱位係牛嘅肩胛部,肉質會比較有彈性,油花會豐富d,牛味好濃~中間會有條筋,唔想𡁻可以避開佢黎切。同蒜鹽係絕配呢~!

早排睇facebk好多篇文介紹尼間餐廳既吉列牛於是放工就去試下由於我地無訂位7點45分去到 店員叫我地8點半交枱有無問題咁我地食野都算快所以都ok啦一場去到都要試下佢係咪真係咁正我地只order左吉列牛...我覺得普普通通啦牛肉幾淋無根但d吉列一咬就散晒有少少失望食過元朗有間又係食吉列牛好出名既真係有d分別元朗果間係唔會散既份量黎講都正常夠飽既188蚊中環黎講都算抵食既不過坐得唔太舒服有d逼店員都好忙雖然態度好好但太忙既關係加水好耐都無加俾我地
