今晚食early dinner貪呢間餐廳全自助,時間可以自己控制!飲品方面有serve綠茶,菊花菊,洛神花茶同熱綠茶。左面係沙律吧、泡菜,仲有圍裙、刀叉等用具,最後有白飯、麵豉湯可以refill。點左西冷扒,都幾厚切bor我唔係第一次食熱石牛,試過響第二間食嗰陣掛住影相,塊牛扒差唔多熟晒😂 但今次冇,咁都好,我唔鍾意食太熟呀。味道有驚喜,有西冷濃濃嘅牛味,係值得比like嘅!食材不錯。雖然邊位有少少筋,但都正常呀。如果白飯同湯溫度可以再熱少少就更好喇,冬天食啱晒呀暖粒粒。

我唔係第一次食熱石牛,試過響第二間食嗰陣掛住影相,塊牛扒差唔多熟晒😂 但今次冇,咁都好,我唔鍾意食太熟呀。

味道有驚喜,有西冷濃濃嘅牛味,係值得比like嘅!食材不錯。雖然邊位有少少筋,但都正常呀。

如果白飯同湯溫度可以再熱少少就更好喇,冬天食啱晒呀暖粒粒。

今日行過嚟旺角諗住睇吓有冇嘢搞,見到比較平靜,週一人死行試行一間日式石鍋牛扒試一下。你間鋪頭成個間好有日式燒牛風味,外面店員亦好好招呼,入到去就教我用一部好大嘅揀菜式自動型冇選餐,呢度主要為西冷、牛肩、牛肉眼三款選擇,個價錢又唔算特別貴, 200g只不過係100多少少。我同女友二話不說就選擇咗一款西冷、一款牛肩坐下來看發現醬油齊備,有麻醬、燒汁、黑椒汁、黑椒粒選擇。不到十分鐘,兩set牛就到了,佢都以一成熟上菜西冷肥美而厚肉,沒加鬆肉粉牛肩肉味濃郁而肥度適中這裡還可在無限領沙律、唔同飲品、白飯和麵豉湯!

冬天就係好易會食好多野變豬嘅時候!今日黎咗食呢間自助鐵板燒,成間野都係食牛嘅,有牛排、西冷同牛肩肉選擇,唔同重量(200/300/400g) 就唔同錢咁樣。我地叫咗一個係貴d嘅西冷200g 同一個牛肩肉300g.原來個石板真係好熱,所以係好快就要將佢反面同埋切開,如果唔係就好似我張相入面最中間嗰嚿咁,燒燶咗呀! 我覺得佢其實真係應該要post一張紙出嚟,同大家講大概幾耐就係幾多成熟,同埋要先反面再切會比較好。最後呢我哋真係太手忙腳亂呀,因為其他食物都係自己攞,包括餐具,所以你簡直就似同時間競賽嘅感覺。最後就真係有啲燶咗但係d肉仲係有好多汁嘅,同埋佢本身就有唔同嘅醬料,我就覺得照燒汁係最好食,會感覺冇咁油膩~另外個set仲有配昆布味噌湯、白飯、泡菜、醃蘿蔔同沙律菜,全部都係任食,所以女仔200g肉其實已經好足夠!總括嚟講我覺得幾抵食嘅,因為佢其他食物任食,而且肉嘅份量其實都好多嘅,先至~120蚊一個。但係自助形式就可能令你比較手忙腳亂,而且位置比較窄,我哋兩個人其實要用咗四個人嘅位因為如果太近嗰啲鐵板呢就好驚會整親自己,如果位置寬闊啲就一流。

今日係旺角行街,就去左試一試熱石牛扒,唔洗等位就有得入,餐廳都唔算好多人。我同朋友佢叫左一個牛肩肉300g同埋一個西冷200g,總共$238。餐廳亦有提供自助區,可以自己攞沙律、飯、麵豉湯,亦有泡菜,比較少見。兩塊牛都好厚切,牛肩肉就比較軟身,容易咬,口感相當唔錯,而且唔會好多筋或者好肥,淡淡肉好正。而個西冷就無咁軟身,但係勝在牛味比較重,同埋會瘦少少無咁肥,都好好味。至於個生熟度就可以自己透過熱石調整,符合自己口味就OK。

除咗牛扒外,沙律、前菜、湯、飯同飲品都係任飲任食,自己服侍自己就得😎,本住乜都試少少,因為覺得應該唔會太好食。但每樣嘢都比想像中出色,湯唔會太味精同有好多紫菜,而🍚飯就夠軟熟同用上珍珠米,最緊要係2樣都夠熱。醃蘿蔔同泡菜都幾好,沙律就無試。

總括嚟講,呢次係我第一次食石燒牛嘅體驗,各方面都比我想像中好。🥩牛扒質素唔錯,對自助嘅食物亦都滿意。餐廳環境乾淨,自助區都無話四周係水係食物,另外仲有圍裙俾食客用。不過座位比較窄,如果對面都有坐客人呢,就未必放得哂啲碗呀杯呀嗰啲,但都可接受的,因為預咗嚟呢到係食嘢,唔係坐幾粒鐘嗰啲餐廳。價錢方面,西扒比較貴,另外2款就ok,畢竟嚿肉好大,有湯有飯。有機會都想再食下,同時亦令我無咁抗拒石燒牛!

第二次食石燒牛,今次知道要快手切割,因為牛肉比較快熟,熟咗就唔好食😣牛肩肉200g $88勁厚肉!200g雖然係最細嘅份量,其實對於女仔來講已經夠~ 兩邊煎後再切開微調熟度,切開見到脂肪分佈尚算平均,咬落有啲靱,可能係牛肩肉嘅關係,於是我再試吓唔同嘅熟度,切開一粒粒再煎下兩邊原來係會比較好食!牛肩肉牛味比較濃,有嚼勁西冷牛扒300g 西冷牛扒冇牛肩肉咁靱,易咀嚼,而且都係好厚肉,要切開再煎一煎,不過過熟就會好難咬,要注意⚠️有自助沙律🥗泡菜,面豉湯,飲品,飯飲品一般,麵豉湯比較好,泡菜都好食,送飯同牛都好適合😋 $100左右就食到牛扒,都算抵食!
