我哋今次揀咗牛肩肉同埋磊牛扒。一上餐嘅時候,就聽到「咋咋」聲🤩我哋已經急不及待咁即刻切開舊牛肉,將牛肉切到細細塊咁,就可以令到牛肉嘅唔同部份都可以平均受熱,唔怕因為其中一面受熱過長,而導致口感一邊過硬,另一邊就太生。

兩款既牛肉都好多汁好juicy。我覺得磊牛扒比較嫩滑,咬落去有種溶化既感覺☺️☺️而牛肩肉既肉質比較實,脂肪比例比較少,唔太喜歡食脂肪既我地都好鍾意食😋落少少海鹽之後,牛既味道就更加突出👍🏾

除左石燒牛之外,呢間餐廳仲有鍋飯,雖然我哋今次冇點到,不過店員同我地講,而家做緊優惠,如果6點前落單,鍋飯會有8折!!😱下次有機會要來試吓鍋飯先~

   自從上次食過石燒牛之後,一直念念不忘... 就算去到沖繩都係食石燒牛😂上個星期去旺角做嘢經過又比我見到有石燒牛食,又衝入去食😋 今次食呢間磊犇,分西冷、牛肩、牛扒,有200-400g揀,岩晒細食/大胃王。 同其他可燒牛一樣都係比較自助式形式,呢間就有菊花茶飲😋 差唔多一樣嘅價錢,磊犇件扒就大件d, 相對抵食d, 但就要自己去拎個餐(都幾重),我同朋友都揀咗牛肩肉,肉質軟滑,有濃濃肉汁,配埋佢個燒肉汁,好正😋😋😋 淨食200g已經飽飽😍又一抵食好味之選,下次再定再嚟!!!

他們都好貼心,將牛扒用吸油的紙蓋上,以防因為石燒太熱,油會彈到客人!
上枱時盡可能將牛塊襯左石燒熱時切開再行煎煮牛塊,幾熟可以由自己決定~

而西冷牛扒價格比牛肩肉貴,所以牛味都幾濃郁,而且好Juicy,同樣筋位不多,肉質好淋身!
牛肉都可以沾上黑椒汁或燒汁特別惹味!

最後裝了一碗味噌湯結尾,味噌湯幾清甜唔會太咸,入面仲有海苔,富口感!

經過旺角,見到依間依石燒牛,半自助咁幾得意,就同男友去試下我地嗌左牛肩同磊牛扒各一,兩款都超大份,,有200g-300g,岩哂佢食肉獸🤣餐廳半自助式,飲品、沙律、湯、飯都任食,又唔加一,一百頭既價錢超哂值講番石燒牛,上碟熱辣辣,超厚身,分量超多!因為係自己燒,所以可以決定食幾成熟,枱仲有3款醬汁揀(黑椒汁,燒汁,芝麻醬),再加黑椒,岩鹽,帶出鮮味☺️☺️牛肉本身已經有肉味,加少少黑椒汁同鹽就正正子!

今日陪朋友去左太子買相機,之後見肚餓經過一間食熱石牛既餐廳幾吸引,就入左去食啦!先要係門口度點餐,然後比完$就會俾個do do 機你,一響就去取餐處拎餐,所有餐具都係自取,最好係有圍裙免得d油彈係件衫度,我地點左:西冷牛扒(200g)$128及牛肩肉 (300g)$110,西冷牛扒肉質較鮮嫩Q彈,自己可選幾成熟,全由自己話事,不過食個陣要特別小心,因為塊熱石係好高溫,千萬唔好掂到!而牛肩肉表皮香酥,口感較煙韌,切開細細粒食較好,跟飯一齊食一流,點埋燒汁食味道更佳!呢度飯同麵豉湯都係自助任食!前菜仲有任食新鮮爽脆既沙律🥗蔬菜🥬配千島汁、kimchi、飲品就有凍洛神花茶、菊花茶、綠茶,菊花茶唔太甜,仲可以消一消一下熱氣!😊+++++++++++++++如果大家喜歡💕我寫既食評,麻煩比個❤️鼓勵一下我,我會寫更多更好既食評比大家!😊
