位於九龍城嘅石一燒,樓底高,內部環境舒適。晚市有唔同嘅燒肉套餐,可以按照對牛嘅level揀唔同價位嘅set dinner 今次試咗$698二人餐嚟講有好多嘢食😳 一開始會有一大盤沙律,然後有三款前菜同櫻花蝦麵豉湯。食到咁上下就到戲肉,就係上個燒石同靚牛! 牛嘅油脂分布都幾靚仔,由油份低開始食,食到最肥美嘅和牛上前腿肉真係可以撈隻碗白飯! 食完之後就會上普洱咖啡,,有好濃嘅普洱茶味再輕輕有咖啡㗎after taste,幾得意,不過驚瞓唔着嘅我,淨係飲咗兩啖,晏晝飲會適合啲。雖然舖頭有好多進步空間,但係絕對睇到係有心機做,嚟開九龍城就支持下啲小店啦~

二人餐嚟講有好多嘢食😳 一開始會有一大盤沙律,然後有三款前菜同櫻花蝦麵豉湯。食到咁上下就到戲肉,就係上個燒石同靚牛! 牛嘅油脂分布都幾靚仔,由油份低開始食,食到最肥美嘅和牛上前腿肉真係可以撈隻碗白飯! 食完之後就會上普洱咖啡,,有好濃嘅普洱茶味再輕輕有咖啡㗎after taste,幾得意,不過驚瞓唔着嘅我,淨係飲咗兩啖,晏晝飲會適合啲。

雖然舖頭有好多進步空間,但係絕對睇到係有心機做,嚟開九龍城就支持下啲小店啦~

💭 戲肉尼到真係勁吸引🤩三角胸係三款入面最多白色位,所以油香同牛味都最重,上前腿肉比較彈牙,可以食隻牛日里萬機練返尼既肌肉,至於封門柳唔好睇佢咁厚身,其實食落都仲係好淋身🐮呢度有隻自製醬汁點燒肉好好味,另外都有隻自製鹽入面有啲花椒香味,如果想簡簡單單就咁用鹽同黑椒輕輕調下味都一樣咁正🧂三個圈數數埋埋都有成30塊,就算兩個人食到尾一樣夠飽😮‍💨
