Omakase set $480 per head with sake pairing $280 per head首先,食物係唔錯。雖然以份量嚟講價錢其實唔平,不過的確有啲水準。個問題係sake pairing出事。我唔期待你會俾靚酒貴酒我,揀得pairing 都係想試下唔同嘅酒。但你收我成$300一位,pairing俾左每人5定6杯清酒,其中只有一杯係用正常size清酒杯,其他嘅都係極細隻嘅杯仔,係用嚟飲茅台嘅size。我想問一杯半啖嘅清酒點樣同食物pair?簡單啲講,兩個人總共飲左大約一合份量嘅清酒左右。當然啦,俾嘅都唔係咩貴酒。一間用sake bar嚟做招牌嘅餐廳,做sake pairing 俾酒個份量可以咁手緊,真係大開眼界。埋單$800 per head唔係貴,但飲到到喉唔到肺條氣真係唔順,真係唔好怪人唔留港消費。

呢間係我lunch time時間得閒都會嚟嘅餐廳,貪佢環境靜靜地,唔使同人爭🙈而且嘢食又好啱我口味😍價錢有少少貴,$150左右價錢,但淨係得主食,冇嘢飲🥹但真係好好味 貴啲都要得閒去食下!!餐廳menu好似都會定期轉~因為每隔一排去啲嘢食又會唔同咗~但次次食親都冇絕對冇伏!!次次都係「好好味呀~~~」最近去,次次去都食呢個 Pork Belly Miso Pumpkin Risotto👍🏻👍🏻好creamy但又唔會好膩,因為中間會夾雜住甜甜地嘅 Cranberry,加埋側邊綠色脆脆的東東(唔確定咩嚟)+櫻花蝦,口感勁豐富,Pork Belly 又唔會勁多肥膏喎,簡直Perfect啊!!講起又想去食😂

🥩🍽️☕️豐儉由人fusion set lunch▫️lunch set $128起包1 starter + 1 main前菜有5款選擇,有2款唔使加錢,而主菜有6款選擇,同樣有2款唔使加錢,飲品同埋甜品都要另外加錢,可謂豐儉由人。🥙Starter☑️ 淺漬蔬菜 / 豆腐餅 淺漬蔬菜幾有趣,上面會有木魚絲同埋一啲忌廉,而下面嘅蔬菜就係日本漬物,酸酸地幾開胃,有蘿蔔、紅蘿蔔、椰菜、牛蒡等。而豆腐餅有2塊,煎香左但吾會覺得油膩,另配有黑松露沙律醬,好味道。🍽️Main☑️蒸盲曹伴日式燉鮮蔬 +$40冇諗過呢個會有一大份白飯喺底,相對魚就比較細件,不過飯用上珍珠米,配埋少少醬汁,都好易入口,吾會太dry。魚柳冇骨好滑,都好好味,旁邊仲有用日式醬汁煮好甜甜地嘅蔬菜,包括露筍、菇菌及紅蘿蔔,平時唔食紅蘿蔔嘅我都食晒。☑️新西蘭肉眼伴醬油及漬蒜泥芝士 +$120肉眼叫左5成熟,上碟佢已經切好咗,睇落去顏色幾靚,咬落都好重牛味,唔會過熟或者好韌。而佢個醬幾好味,好特別之前未試過,隔離嘅蒜泥芝士都好香,仲有幾條好嫩嘅蘆筍,雖然呢個貴少少,但都真係幾好食。☑️Dirty加錢叫左杯咖啡飲,dirty係凍飲黎,用酒杯上,係凍嘅牛奶上面加上熱嘅Expresso, 咖啡味都幾香濃。除咗咖啡仲可以叫酒飲,日本清酒同埋西式嘅紅酒呢度都會提供。

呢期係新餐牌,保留咗特色招牌菜,更新咗其他菜式,都係可以送酒嘅良菜,而且有唔少清酒、各種酒類。不過定價略高,份量唔多。*Foie Gras & Prawn chips 鵝肝蝦片 $138店員教落要撈埋一齊食,我整碎啲蝦片再左撩右撩強行撈埋。蝦片配鵝肝、開心果,紅桑子、京蔥,口感好多層次,最驚喜係酸甜嘅紅桑子配鵝肝好夾。Pigeon 慢煮乳鴿 $218乳鴿略為細隻,脾位好嫩但又有咬口,胸位比較下會冇咁嫩口。店員推介配炸紫蘇葉食,冇乜特別。最底有藍莓醬配乳鴿,會多一種甜味,但我偏向單食乳鴿肉。Yellow chicken rice 三黃雞飯 $298三黃雞半隻好大份,雞胸好嫩,雞腿更加嫩,皮脆油香,雞肉味偏淡。上菜後淋上薑酒醬油,增加香味之餘,薑配雞肉一定夾。最底係雞油雜菌飯,有脆卜卜煲仔飯飯焦,油膩感略重,但香味未夠香。

上個月嘅星期三幫襯咗呢間居酒屋食物出品是出乎意料的高質素! 雖然是日式fusion居酒屋,但食物烹調方法是傾向西式的,特別是主食。試咗招牌嘅黃油雞焗惹菌飯,非常好味!完全拍得住所謂既港島三雞,而且價錢只係298🥶🥶分享大概也有接近半隻雞 ,皮香肉嫩,而且調味剛剛好並且有雞味,墊底的雞油菌飯亦都煮得恰到好處唔會過油,甘香煙靭。反而覺得餐廳配嘅汁醬太過油膩唔建議加太多。乳鴿亦都係必須一試,接近五星級酒店星級餐廳餐廳水準!極度驚喜!特別一提,餐廳嘅服務態度真係值得讚賞。因為同行朋友不喝酒,當晚打算自己叫兩杯清酒飲,但店員提及叫1小時的free flow 更划算,因為只是168。 本身擔心的是同枱的朋友不喝酒,通常其他餐廳的規矩都會是free flow 是整台計算,但店員亦主動提出可以只收喝酒的那一位! 真係要講返句今時今日咁嘅服務態度先啱㗎嘛👍🏻
