說到「壽喜燒」,不得不提位於中環的這一家《Sukiyaki Mori
他們單單在中上環區就已經有三家分店,而且每一家店都人氣度爆燈
每一個月的一號,開放下一個月的預約(例如11月1日開放整個12月的預約)
那時候打電話一定接不通,於是食客們都會紛紛到店直接預約
像荷李活道這家分店,每一個月的一號都總會有一條長長的人龍,真誇張!

早一兩年前,曾嚐過他們的壽喜燒套餐,確實不錯(那時候打電話已經可以預約了...
可惜當時同座友人身體不適,沒有能夠好好享受整趟體驗
這次終於再訪,好好享受師傅即席燒肉的壽喜燒體驗

來慶祝生日的話,餐廳提供兩個選擇:(1) 在甜品碟上點起蠟燭 或 (2) 自備蛋糕 免切餅費

是日點了〔Sukiyaki Set ($730pp)〕,包括了前菜、茶碗蒸、燒肉、野菜、牛肉滑蛋飯、甜品
牛肉的話,會有四件〔A4近江牛〕豬肉的話,則有八塊〔鹿兒島豚肉〕
聽起來好像不多,但實際上份量非常豐富,令人滿足得很❤️
採用高級日本直送食材;這個價錢是超值啊!
另外還點了一隻〔令和の怪物牡蠣〕

整體用餐體驗滿好,食物真的很好吃,而且好喜歡可以看著師傅準備食物的過程!
用餐時間限制了在兩小時內,時間不算短,但節奏也有點急趕(跟第一次來的時候一樣)
而且我們的師傅也比較少與食客交流
這部分扣了一點點分
但是再吃sukiyaki的話,這裡一定還是首選XD

點知打頭陣食塊肉眼先 我已經飽左𝟑成😂
因為肉眼肉味偏淡 但油脂感就好高🥩
至於西冷肉味比肉眼濃少少 油脂感都高
我自己就最鍾意尾個2塊牛肩胛🥰
因為肉味夠濃 而且比起肉眼、西冷無咁膩!

滑蛋牛肉飯我無記錯嘅話啲牛肉粒係由個

如果要book呢間餐廳既話要係每個月既1號打電話去 我地果日12點打去都係打極都無人聽 但係晏少少大概3點左右打去就即刻接通到 所以建議大家可以晏少少先打去😆 另外當日我食飯都見到唔少人walk-in book位

第九道菜- 芒果奶凍配紅豆卷- 也算是一個不錯的配搭。
