師傅將𝘈5和牛輕輕炙燒到七、八成熟,不怕膩的可以要求再生一點,會保留更多脂肪、更滑;我怕膩,八成已經夠嫩滑,蘸了日本蛋汁後完全有入口即化的感覺!再佐粒粒晶瑩飽滿又軟糯的日本米飯,真的超有滿足感!

而𝘈3和牛油花顯然較少,但紋路依然靚仔。口感方面明顯會食到肉的質感,但邊位有一條筋,有點影響口感。
調味方面,可能因為和牛每片都有相當厚度,個人認為可以汁的分量可以再重手多點,讓味道更易滲入中心。除了壽喜燒汁,枱上亦有三種調味粉(山椒/青檸/柚子粉)供隨意使用,不過個人就不太喜歡,反而覺得吃到有點膩的時候擠幾滴青檸汁配和牛又幾清新。

野菜盛合有豆腐、京葱、娃娃菜、水菜、鮮菇、南瓜、蘿蔔、年糕福袋。食完牛肉,師傅就會在鍋中落湯烹煮野菜鍋。雖然已有八九成飽,但吸滿甜甜湯汁的蔬菜食落確實令人舒服,年糕福袋軟糯的口感亦深得我心!

雖然好飽但無有得食唔食罪大惡極(〃ω〃)所以照要了半份烏冬,在食到非常飽的情況下依然覺得好好味好煙韌\(//∇//)/記得要撈蛋汁食!如果可以將飯換成烏冬同牛一併食就好喇(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)

飽到肚子炸開,幸得一杯靜岡掛川茶解解膩,茶清甘香不澀,消滯一流,要不是怕阻人下班大概會再多要幾杯!♪( ´θ`)ノ清清味蕾後又可以食甜點了(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) 抹茶蕨餅口感軟糯,味帶回甘,配綿綿的紅豆粒,不錯。旁邊的一粒花花和菓子造型十分精緻可愛,口感較蕨餅實在,煙煙韌韌,裡面還包着紅豆蓉呢~


💬 整體來說性價比甚高,原以為三片牛好少,但其實每片都幾大,實際上吃兩片都飽了。服務亦夠親切貼心,店員師傅都好𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘭的 ☻


𝘗.𝘚. 稍微做過點𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩比較一下和𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗶的分別(我無食過),𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗶會在鍋上先灑點糖待焦糖化再煎牛,所以不少食評都話味道偏甜,而𝘀𝘂𝗸𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘆𝗮不用糖亦做到焦糖化的感覺了,還有點太焦添。另外𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗶好像只有𝘈4近江牛但可加牛舌,而𝗦𝘂𝗸𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘆𝗮無牛舌但有𝘈5,且外觀上𝗦𝘂𝗸𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘆𝗮的牛稍勝。蔬菜處理上,𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗶會將牛同菜一同燒而𝗦𝘂𝗸𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘆𝗮是分開煮蔬菜鍋。

野菜鍋係2人份量,鍋內有豆腐、冬茹、皇帝菜、大葱、洋蔥、胡蘿蔔、南瓜同年糕福袋。店員用鰹魚汁同壽喜燒汁烹煮蔬菜,所有日本產蔬菜都新鮮好味,而醬汁提升左蔬菜既鮮味🤩 最後仲會放入烏冬,烏冬吸收曬所有精華,如果唔係飽到上心口,一定會追加烏冬🤭

甜品方面有和菓子、抹茶蕨餅、紅豆蓉,食完相對濃味既壽喜燒,食番較為清甜既甜品,可以平衡番味覺🙂 今餐真係十分滿意,無論係食物定服務,都好出色,一定會再次光臨💪🏻

Sukiyaki set takeaway HK$228The sukiyaki bento is so delicately packed as if it’s really from Japan! 🍱🍙It was always a pleasure to unwrap the bento so I took a video of it 🤣 The bento also comes with a Japanese egg with red egg york, which mixes so well with the sukiyaki beef. 🍳The beef is not too fat but quite thick and in big portion. It is juicy and has a strong beef taste 😋💜 the side dish are also quite nice! I like their bean curd pocket - there’s a rice cake inside! Such a cute surprise 💓

今次和朋友到這間位於灣仔的餐廳食關西壽喜燒,讓我們重拾一起去大阪吃喝玩樂的回憶點滴

餐廳的佈置簡潔優雅,以靛藍配上木系傢俬讓客人舒舒服服地享受美食

我們點了兩個壽喜燒套餐,首先端上是前菜:

室津生蠔

> 來自兵庫縣的室津生蠔,味道鮮甜輕帶海水味,肉質甘甜水潤,配上晶瑩的三文魚籽和清新的柚子醬油,為味蕾醒一醒神、胃口隨之大開

和牛他他

> 鵪鶉蛋令生牛肉口感更鮮嫩細滑

日本茄子 + 柚子大根

> 很清爽醒胃的兩個前菜

日本產・特選黑毛和牛・A5

> 戲肉嚟喇,是我哋期待已久的A5黑毛和牛!牛肉雪花分布okay平均、色澤自然紅潤而且算大片,烹煮全程有專人代勞,店員會詢問我們牛肉的生熟度和米飯量,看他兩三下手勢把肉燒兩燒和下適量的壽喜燒汁,話咁快牛肉就送到面前。沾上日本蛋汁,牛肉𠽌一聲咁滑入口,質感鬆軟帶點脆、油潤豐腴差不多一咬即化係幾好味!配飯食係掂嘅

日本產黑毛和牛・赤身肉

> 呢set牛肉質素也okay,口感相比A5會多一點纖維和咬口,店員建議牛肉可唧啲青檸汁中和肉的膩感、或點七味粉提升食感

蔬菜鍋

> 品嚐過靚牛之後,趁鍋內仍有牛油餘香和壽喜燒汁,店員隨即把新鮮雜菜、鰹魚汁放入煮蔬菜鍋,食過蔬菜後再加入烏冬。豆腐、蔬菜、菇和瓜類正常新鮮,蒟蒻和烏冬口感滑溜Q彈,自己最like就係腐皮福袋內有件煙韌軟糯嘅日本年糕

甜品

> 完美的收結莫過於呷一口綠茶、細味一件件小巧的日式甜點。有香甜的櫻花和菓子,抹茶蕨餅入口柔軟有彈性,仲有甜甜腍腍的十勝紅豆

> 全體店員態度專業有禮貌、服務態度令人留下深刻印象
