最後,當然唔少得我哋嘅主角 — 白燒鰻魚啦!鰻魚炭火燒烤得剛剛好,肉質緊緻。
可以點埋個鰻魚汁,啲炭火香味同鹹甜嘅白燒醬汁完美結合,食落口簡直係鰻魚控嘅天堂!

我昨天吃了一碗非常好味的鰻魚飯,💗強烈推薦給大家!除了在日本吃鰻魚外,我一般在香港不吃鰻魚,🤩因為不喜歡那種泥味。鰻魚的風味可以🔥選擇蒲燒或白燒,我選擇了蒲燒。套餐還包括嫩滑鮮甜的茶碗蒸、👍特色小鉢、滋潤清湯和飯。茶碗蒸裡面原來還有鰻魚肉,❤日本清湯則是加入鰻魚骨熬製而成。而最重要的當然是鰻魚,坐在位置上可以看到師傅在現場烤鰻魚,🥳令人期待不已。一上桌,就飄出強烈的炭燒香味,鰻魚肥美,😋濃濃的油香,真的是像在日本吃到的鰻魚一樣。

朋友聚會建議食串燒,揀左呢間位於歌賦街“炭家”串燒店。由地鐵站行上黎,都唔太遠,不過如果天氣熱就有啲辛苦。店舖近街頭位置,離遠已經見到招牌燈牌,好搶眼。不論店內或店外,格局都好有日本風格。雖然店舖唔大,但坐得舒服,一啲都唔迫,好岩三五知己飲下酒,傾下計。叫得做“炭家”,當然用以炭燒聞名,所以我地都叫左幾款串燒同鰻魚試下。咁岩我地坐既位置,隔離就有塊玻璃,望到師傅喺入面不停用扇撥,作為顧客,就最鍾意望住師傅整野食,特別有風味。食物質素當然唔需要懷疑,每款串燒既有炭香味,又唔會過火。特別係雞肉同豬肉串,外皮香脆,肉質嫩滑,又有肉汁。當然唔少得鰻魚,我地試左兩款,一款係白燒,一款係蒲燒。白燒係冇加任何醬汁,純用炭燒,能夠以呢個方法煮,鰻魚一定要夠新鮮,所以一啲腥味都冇,仲好清甜。蒲燒就適合濃口味既朋友,炭燒完,再搽一層薄薄既蒲燒汁。唔會太漏,個底又夠脆。如果要食白飯既朋友,可以選擇鰻魚丼飯。特別一讚,老闆非常細心,連洗手間都有日式風格,擺放左一小盒即棄漱口水,即棄牙刷俾有需要客人使用。

今日去咗中環行街順便去搵朋友食飯!朋友話食日本野 就推介咗食呢間炭家做dinner 呢間餐廳之前係instagram都見到有朋友試過!就決定今晚試試佢!佢既鰻魚飯非常出色,餐廳用既鰻魚肉質鮮嫩,口感滑嫩,而且帶有一種淡淡既甜味,同米飯味道非常搭配。另外,鰻魚既燒烤方式亦都好有特色,經過慢火既燒烤後,鰻魚皮既口感變得酥脆,魚既內部肉質鮮嫩多汁,吃起黎非常美味。最後飲埋佢嘅麵豉湯暖笠笠,非常滿足 整體進餐經驗愉快,推薦大家嚟食

蒲燒活鰻魚(+$200) + 白飯 + 茶瀆湯

活鰻需於7天前預訂,但店員說剛好店內有多一條活鰻,而活鰻會比平時的鰻魚更加彈牙,所以另加費用$200去試試。

選擇左蒲燒活鰻魚,鰻魚質感果然比較彈牙,而且香味極濃。鰻魚的燒汁早係燒鰻魚時已經滲入鰻魚肉,所以鰻魚飯上沒有任何燒汁。而飯既底部有蛋絲包圍住,可以中和返濃味既鰻魚。
食到中途,就加入茶瀆湯到鰻魚飯裹面,當然味道會變得淡一點,但係食落既時候有另一種層次,同平時食既鰻魚飯感覺完全大大不同。
