同客食晏,喺中環隨便行行,最尾揀左呢間坐低。食之前完全唔知呢間係出名,同專食鰻魚😅😅由於我一直都對鰻魚興趣不大,所以就揀左銀鱈魚西京燒。之菜係有鰻魚啫喱,魚味幾濃,爽爽地,幾特別。另外有一份蒸蛋,蛋味幾香,質感好細滑,有水準。面豉湯偏清淡,個人就覺得太淡。主角銀鱈魚西京燒就幾出色,皮脆肉滑,而且調味適中,唔會遮左魚香。但係白飯黎到就已經唔熱,而且偏硬,有啲不足。不過以呢嗰價錢黎講,銀鱈魚既質素算係合理,未到驚豔。
