今天去大埔出差,約了大埔的朋友吃晚餐。朋友帶我去熟食市場打邊爐,點了一份黄酒雞煲。份量很大,應該一份是一隻雞,黄酒煮雞第一次吃。酒味很香,配薑粒和雞一起煮,聽說是非常適合坐月吃的。另外,配了兩隻荷包蛋,老板說煮開後便加入,馬上轉小火繼續慢煮,雞肉便老得不會很快。另外,點了一份小炒皇,韮菜,蝦乾,鱿魚,果仁一起炒,很香得適合配啤酒。下次可以去試一下他們的羊腩煲,看别人點了,賣相也很不錯,也是最早沽清的。 continue reading

每次去新樂園都係食牛腩河粉,覺得佢呢間嘅牛腩幾好食,份量又多。今次決定試吓咖喱牛腩飯,我最欣賞佢牛腩同白飯係分開器皿承載,自己鍾意食幾多醬汁就自己落👍🏼👍🏼咖喱牛腩飯一上枱,聞到好香咖喱味,而且份量都算幾多,佢個咖喱汁唔會好辣,我鍾意牛奶味嘅咖喱汁,所以都幾欣賞👍🏼我鍾意佢呢間嘅牛腩唔會大大嚿,切成條狀方便入口,而且牛腩都幾腍,吃上去口感唔錯。而且我都鍾意佢薯仔份量都幾多。總括而言,52元一大碟碟頭飯,仲有埋杯凍檸茶。算係幾好㗎啦。 continue reading

用餐時間(8:16pm late dinner)follow@wojengyea/@wo!正嘢 for more food info🐒 支持我哋發掘更多美食 😋今晚大埔得果8度,梗係食個暖笠笠羊腩煲;筍、馬蹄、羊腩、炸枝竹、大蔥、冬菇。煲滾之後飲一啖羊腩湯🥘,清清地又唔係好鹹,但師傅只係落咗馬蹄 🌰,冇落竹蔗,所以啖湯唔夠鮮甜。作為細羊腩煲,佢都算落足料,差唔多有20 幾舊羊腩🐑,當然唔係每一嚿肥瘦適中🍖,有啲比較韌,但係我覺得都算係靚嘅。炸枝竹走過油,所以一直細火煲都唔會話好腍或者溶咗,吸晒啲汁,好滋味,如果多多幾嚿就更好。大蔥煮完好鮮味,冬菇🍄同埋筍都吸晒羊腩汁啲味道,唔會太鹹幾好食。.本身想試佢個臘味飯,不過我哋兩個人食唔晒一份,佢冇一碗咁叫,所以叫咗個白飯🍚 ,白飯加埋羊腩汁同腐乳,真係冇得頂。唯一扣晒分嘅地方係送嗰碟生菜🥬🥬好明顯冇洗過,係每一條菜上面都有黑色一點點灰塵。🧐.呢間嘢冇冇收加一同醬料費都幾低食,除咗碟生菜有啲污糟之外,個羊腩煲值得推介。👍🏽 continue reading

嗰日去大埔墟街市樓下海鮮檔買咗啲海鮮,包括蟶子, 花甲, 瀨尿蝦, 桶蠔同埋海蝦,然後上去新樂園叫佢整俾我哋食蟶子就整咗豉椒炒蟶子花甲就整咗油鹽水花甲; 瀨尿蝦梗係避風塘做法啦,超級無敵正桶蠔就整咗炸蠔, 本人覺得只係OK,可以熟啲,但係啲friend就覺得好正海蝦就就咁白灼,都好鮮味後尾仲整咗個啫啫煲生菜,正到不得了所有海鮮買咗$680 ,然後上到去餐廳整咗以上做法嘅菜加埋兩支汽水同嗰個生菜就俾咗$720。三個人食,平均$450一個囉。咁多海鮮都真係好抵。呢間嘢整體做海鮮嘅味道唔錯,價格相宜,可以再去 continue reading
