一上枱我地嚇呆咗,原來好大一煲,已經揀咗3-4人份都咁大煲。雞煲香氣濃郁,翅嘅份量十足,我地一人都飲咗兩三碗,個個都好滿足!

原本仲叫咗滷味,但因為追過幾次都話人多未上到菜,就連食哂其他食物都未黎,所以放棄咗叫佢上菜。

一想打冷就一定會諗起生昌,性價比高,唔會收得貴而食唔好,比起九龍城我更愛呢度,今晚一大班老友聚頭,可以叫多D嘢食,拼盤都大過平時,但我覺得呢度嘅拼盤其實只算合格並唔出色,不過樣樣有D乜都可以食吓就開心;蠔餅相對做得好,蠔仔夠多而唔會只食到麵粉咁,蠔味亦十足,例牌都好大碟;呢度整螄蚶唔同外邊,上枱有D暖,通常外邊都係凍食,我都係喜歡後者;呢度仲有好多外邊較難食到嘅食物,下次有機會再寫吓

一開始倒是名字較吸引,但由於店員吹捧限量發售,就作為晚餐的尾站。糖漿較多、芋泥不算是滑身。

 

地方很多,但不算太整潔。洗手間一男一女廁。但款式實在多樣化,基本上你想吃店內都有,而且又有簡單小炒,滿足不同人的需要。如果想一試再試不同的潮州菜式,這間卻是不錯,偶有驚喜。

見到有羔燒芋,知道會是不錯的潮州菜,香港現時有賣羔燒芋的地方不多了便決定來試一試兩個人點了花枝蟹早($118),潮州法式大鵝肝($138),馳名鵝片($135),潮州炒咸麵線($98)蟹早,應該是機攪,沒有彈牙口感,有蟹味,凍了後就是蟹柳味麥樂雞,可以不叫大鵝肝,很好食,不油膩,不像法式煎鵝肝般有濃重油香,而是清爽又滑的口感,沒有根,鹵水純香,有餘韻,值得點伴菜的花生不錯,入味不腍,鹵豆腐有點乾,不夠入味鵝片口感較軟,脂肪較厚,老人家只要嚼久一點,也能吃到,而且愈嚼,油香溢出,更香咸麵線外面賣的地方更小了,乾爽不油膩,食後盤子沒油,有九菜花,蝦米等,真的有點過咸,配啤酒會很爽,不過建議要小咸最後因為份量比想像中大得多,於是沒有叫羔燒芋,下次來會再試這店比較適合多人來,雖然每碟價值幾高,但份量很大,其實是滿化算,而且他給了我8折,500元最後400元就結了,哈哈

辣汁田螺,味道豐富濃郁,微辣醒神,依個汁用黎浸豬紅必定好味超合襯!美妙辣汁好味至極,調配神秘出色,其實因為個汁,所以才田螺食,對唔住喇田螺。田螺肉嚥韌,已被美味辣汁完全滲透,惹味刺激一粒接一粒食唔停口。我最喜歡食螺類尾部,甘香軟綿,最衰田螺尾全部都係蛋,想食都食唔到!


白灼鮮墨魚,經常未到晚市就沽清,機會黎喇飛雲!竟然仲有最後一碟,免強無幸福,食得到也未必好。師傅們發生咩事?兩款人氣招牌菜都先後失手。朋友仔都嬲嬲豬投訴,依碟野十足隔夜餸,乾爭爭硬掘掘,無鮮味無甜味,我都好有同感。口感死實,不香不嫩,半點肉汁也沒有,連墨汁都乾晒。肚裡面既墨魚卵變得硬實一舊舊,極度地獄劣質料理!


鹽焗烏頭,強調她來至元朗,仲有出世紙扣住添喎。一定要凍食,讓多餘水份蒸發,原汁原味連黃油通通一滴不漏鎖在魚皮之內。招牌菜穩陣無得頂,可能係全港最爆油最好食既烏頭。爆黃油閃令令,魚味特濃甜美,鮮嫩無敵失控搶住食!黃油斑斑肉汁發晒光,質地結實啖啖肉嬌嫩多汁。成條都係寶,頭下面的魚肝程圓錐形,爽爽的索索聲,超強鮮魚味道。魚春卵巢藏係魚肚內,黏黏肥美油潤滑滑,極鮮甘甜。每吋肌膚都被我啜得乾乾淨淨,最後只剩低光禿禿的一條骨及塊魚皮。


生昌花枝蝦棗,新鮮出爐金黃香脆乾爽彈牙,不濕不腍,陣陣鮮蝦味濃烈,脆脆花枝粒在內增加情趣,原味不點汁好味道。金不換炒蜆,老闆極力推薦,最敝完全唔掂!蜆出過水沒半點鮮味,跟蜆甜味海水咸味一齊全部流失,變得縮水細細粒。求其撈個汁兜兩兜就上碟出貨,無鑊氣可言,仲要過熟勁韌似橡膠!醬汁沒有金不換味道,激似花生醬,非常難食,中伏!


金湯華腿雞煲翅,鯊魚骨湯?有翅邊肉、雞件、豬腳、紹菜,味道似菜膽雲吞雞。無特別感覺,賣相靚仔討好,大量食材足料,翅針爽爽翅肉滑滑,雞皮滑雞肉鞋,紹菜爽甜吸湯,湯汁清甜平庸簡單。


豉油皇炒肥鵝腸,極度肥美,甘甜鵝油半溶滲透鵝腸中格外可口。咬掉肥膏品嚐,爽脆的態度使我不能自拔,熱騰騰不停吸啜,濃郁香醇豉油味,停不了的節奏。成抽大注突入,勁脆勁爽,豉油清新芬芳,味道滿意無投訴。搭上芽菜齊吃,爆水不腥嗅,味道口感都更豐富。


潮州凍蟹,提供不少蟹種選擇,麵包蟹、加菲蟹、泥蟹、花蟹、等等,就食最大隻既紅蟹啦。室溫紅蟹肉鮮甜無比,淨食可口,沾上浙醋酸咪咪更添風味。沙田紅燒乳鴿,剛剛炸起熱騰騰,雖然有點油光,幸運地皮脆肉嫩,香口啖啖肉不乾不鞋滴出肉汁,食得津津有味損手指。


生昌滷水鵝例牌,多年前食過完全低於水平,我向來好相與,比多次機會。我隻髀呢?消失的鵝髀,去那裡啊?例牌就沒有髀的嗎?非常肥美滑溜溜,比當年更高質更好味。生昌長進很多,大躍住的演繹。濃郁芳香,滷水味滲入每吋肌膚,鵝皮黏滑,鵝肉彈嫩。有一點點肥膏可以接受,咬掉算數。每趙都充滿鵝汁與滷水,味道撞得精采出色。試試酸醋,甜味太強不喜歡,多點酸多點蒜就更醒神啊。


滷水併盤,鵝翼巨形一開四,厚厚鵝皮超級黏嘴,包著結實美味嫩肉,特級好食。生腸還以為橙色生腸,竟然係白色似牛柏葉,爽脆無比有著淺淺滷水味道。墨魚半嚥韌半爽彈的質地,十分得意,天然墨魚甜味突出,沾上辣椒油更加滿足。大豆芽當然不會續條續條地嘆啦,大大注大大注地塞入口才夠豪氣,掛上大量滷水汁一咬爆水,不腥不嗅甜甜的啊。一心想食鵝肝,賣晒使我情緒低落。


椒絲腐乳炒通菜,我至愛的水通無可替代,無懈可擊。翠綠明亮的顏色,大大碌爽脆鮮甜,腐乳醬抱得通菜緊緊必要共赴五贜廟,來吧﹗乳香微辣不停地吸啜,暢快無比天堂的味道。


白灼螄蚶,跟金不煥同烚,其實完全無色無味喎,裝飾一下可以。打開螄蚶,發現蚶肉已不再血紅燦爛,血紅素遇熱微啡,都照樣狠狠地啜啦﹗在過熟邊緣,幸好並無大外,依然爽彈肥美帶鮮甜,真係有點安慰。試試那個醬汁什麼料子,太甜喇麻,完全都唔夾,比跟鵝旳酸醋更差,都係淨食原味可口得多。


滷水鵝肝併鵝腎鴨掌,價錢非比尋常的高昂。鵝肝滷味清香,不過熟仍保有嫩滑質感及甘甜味道,處理得宜。鵝腎完全被鵝肝比了下去,平平凡凡,偏硬不爽,一般唔難食。鵝掌沽清只剩鴨掌,照食可也。鴨掌瘦猛猛無肉食,無奈地齋損腳指,陰功。


椒鹽蒜香蝦,我要潮州醉香蝦喎,淨係睇外表已經知道錯啦﹗蒜香出眾惹味著辣椒微辣,醒神醒腦使得渾身是勁﹗炸到全身脆卜卜,連肉連殼一齊食,蝦味更鮮更濃更多汁。砵酒焗蠔仔,阿嬸仲讚我地識食,好野黎架!但食到我滿口粉滿口油呢。蠔仔細細粒,厚厚麵粉包著,粉比肉還要多,油淋淋受不了﹗配碟青椒紅椒更好味。


潮式辣酒煮螄蚶花螺,唔夠螄蚶用花螺搭夠,無所謂。潮式辣酒白色的嗎?第一次見喎。辣就不太食到,有少少酒味,味道太淡。反而食到花螺及螄蚶的純天然鮮味海水味,肥美飽滿爆汁水潤,非常難得。


翅湯蠔仔粥全走,翅湯感受不到有咩唔同,都係差不多乍喎。蠔仔偏瘦,湯汁味淡,粥底清爽,加胡椒粉及豉油更可口。將所有螄蚶去殼備用,要二次創作。極淡口的蠔仔粥混入螄蚶肉及螄蚶汁,鮮味即時爆燈﹗每啖有蠔仔有螄蚶有湯有粥,百花齊放,無敵大滿貫。


冰鎮大菠蘿,冰凍甜甜不酸透心涼。最初時阿嬸力推,我地都話唔要架啦,阿嬸又話得兩舊,黎到係四舊。仲話我地浪費唔食晒又唔帶走,係咪有病呀﹗
