最近腸胃唔多好,想調理一下腸胃,為左減輕身體既負擔,唯有去食下粥😮‍💨。幸好,我係一個喜愛食粥既人😆,只不過每次都要加埋腸粉😎🤟。新記粥店由元朗衝到旺角,特點係食砂鍋粥。雖然係粥店,但餐廳亦有多種食物可供選擇,焗飯燒味少炒樣樣齊,就算同唔中意食粥既朋友黎都一定有野岩食。🥰招牌貴妃雞粥貴妃雞連皮食鮮嫩得黎有彈性,雞既油香味滲落粥底更好滋味,但略嫌粥底太稀,唔夠綿滑,而且唔夠熱,無砂鍋粥個種滾燙。田雞豬潤粥粥底比雞粥既好,但都係唔夠綿滑。但夠滾燙👍。田雞同豬潤份量十足,田雞多用腿部,啖啖肉,爽滑甘香。豬潤有返咁上下厚度,食落夠晒爽,而且加入九薑絲同蔥花辟味,完全唔會腥,仲非常香。炸両腸粉油炸鬼比較細,但都算新鮮,仲脆口既。腸粉皮都好薄滑有米香。但佢居然無麻醬😫得甜醬同醬油,無左麻醬係度硬係差咁d...🥲🥲。其實我地另外仲叫左牛腸,呢個勁好食!同酒樓有得揮,大家可以一試。XO醬炒蘿蔔糕蘿蔔糕煎到表皮香脆,再用XO醬去翻炒,香氣撲鼻十分惹味,好食!入面加左洋蔥同三色椒一齊炒,唔喜愛三色椒既朋友慎選😂。

招牌貴妃雞粥
貴妃雞連皮食鮮嫩得黎有彈性,雞既油香味滲落粥底更好滋味,但略嫌粥底太稀,唔夠綿滑,而且唔夠熱,無砂鍋粥個種滾燙。

田雞豬潤粥
粥底比雞粥既好,但都係唔夠綿滑。但夠滾燙👍。田雞同豬潤份量十足,田雞多用腿部,啖啖肉,爽滑甘香。豬潤有返咁上下厚度,食落夠晒爽,而且加入九薑絲同蔥花辟味,完全唔會腥,仲非常香。

炸両腸粉
油炸鬼比較細,但都算新鮮,仲脆口既。腸粉皮都好薄滑有米香。但佢居然無麻醬😫得甜醬同醬油,無左麻醬係度硬係差咁d...🥲🥲。其實我地另外仲叫左牛腸,呢個勁好食!同酒樓有得揮,大家可以一試。

XO醬炒蘿蔔糕
蘿蔔糕煎到表皮香脆,再用XO醬去翻炒,香氣撲鼻十分惹味,好食!入面加左洋蔥同三色椒一齊炒,唔喜愛三色椒既朋友慎選😂。

又一款店家的signature food~ 紅燒的做法一向最受香港人歡迎,最好吃的一定要皮脆肉嫩,店家這個乳鴿燒得頗脆口,肉質細嫩又厚肉,味道醃製得剛好不會死鹹,香口惹味但沒有太油膩的感覺~ 不過如果可以再juicy一點就更好!

店家在元朗開設元祖店多年,已經非常有名氣;現在更在九龍跟港島區開設分店成為連鎖店,全因店家提供的選擇比較多元化,除了粥品以外,亦有供應粉麵、小菜跟小食,價錢大眾化性價比算高,吸引不同的年齡層級來光顧~ 有機會的話也會去元祖店嚐嚐啊!

從來未有去過一間,服務差到一個點的餐廳,小弟真心同大家講,如果旺角有一日無晒嘢食,都千祈晤好去,D樓面員工只係掛住吹水,無人理會過客人,入到店正常係需要招呼客人,到客人自已坐低又無人執嘢,當時下午茶時段兩點,店舖內晤旺,餐牌嚟睇好吸引,可能食物質素會好高,但係連最基本待客之道都非常之欠奉,不如轉行做其他生意好過啦,晤好比客人受氣,又或者如果唔想做不如晤好做。重要事情講三次🤬🤬🤬👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻其實係負負負⭐️
