我知香港百物騰貴,但係都起碼似樣,食得飽呀,55蚊燒鵝飯都冇一両肉,六七舊5件背骨,得兩件有D肉。真係有病。例湯除咗味精重少少,花生硬D外,都可以接受。cause u have to set a very low bar for this, 而且8蚊,都好難有要求,最好唔好寫冇味精例湯啦,今時今日有商品說明條例。落到咁重手,好難唔發現喎。不過想食鵝,都係去西灣河食啦。雖然得外賣,呢度就算吧啦,食完都係要第二度吃過,正常好難飽。

先來試試炒滑蛋,蛋好香滑,不過師傅應該落得比較多油所以有少少油膩感。多士烘得均勻脆身,口感唔錯。

哩個叉燒湯意粉就唔講得笑,叉燒皮帶光澤,雖然話係燒味餐廳叉燒理應好食,但食落去依然係覺得驚喜非常,或者其他茶餐廳用嘅叉燒實在普通,所以顯得這個叉燒湯意粉簡直係極品,啲湯底亦都能夠試到有淡淡的魚味。

我成日都以為呢一間餐室係同新光有關,原來 一啲關係都冇,佢係棋哥開嘅。最近又改返叫棋哥燒鵝餐室,好混餚。價錢都唔平呀!係米芝蓮價, 唔知食物嘅質素係咪米芝蓮呢?店舖都幾光猛,不過啲枱就好貼呀。燒腩仔飯都係合格咋!個皮係好脆,腩位嗰度啲肉都唔係最嫩嘅, 豉油同鹹菜撈埋啲飯又幾好味喎!份量太少。師傅刀功真係厲害, 厲害在佢可以將嗰燒鵝髀切成兩份呀! 所以個燒鵝髀得好少肉,不過皮脆肉嫩,係新鮮燒嘅,有油份,不過啲份量同飯就真係少咗啲啦!好似唔係好抵食囉!檸水和咖啡都ok呀!

話說昨天約了朋友去鶴咀,咁去之前梗係要食飽飽先有氣力行。在車站附近最多人就是這間餐廳,通常多人都應該好食。去到剛剛兩點,正正是下午茶時間,下午茶餐牌也有招牌最出名的燒鵝飯選擇。正呀。上枱之後,感到非常高興,竟然有脾食,肉質很鮮味,層皮仲索曬炭火味,有又油香,仲要唔算多肥膏。配以自家製的酸菜,粒粒都爽口彈牙。另外,呢度的酸梅醬也有畫龍點睛的效果,啖啖都充滿新鮮的梅味。白飯雖然唔知產地,但是都食得出是上等靚米。總括來說,就是超出預期的好。

埋單$84,其實最後還叫了一個燒鵝下 莊,外賣 128$,堂食138$,為什麼堂食比較貴?因為外賣他會把一些 燒鵝 頭頸 給你,可以食肉的部份比較少!
堂食 他盡量會給一些多肉的給你,所以$10的分別就在這裏了!

環境:裝修新淨,應該唔係開左好多年,入內環境光猛,坐位唔算好迫,可以安安落落地食餐飯。


服務:小小一間店就有4-5個侍應姐姐,所以落單上餐都好快。


衛生:就算室內夠晒光猛都唔覺地方有污穢骯髒,清潔功夫做得唔錯!

今日中午叫左個雞肶飯加個例湯拎走剛開張時食就唔錯直至有一次堂飯叫個雞肶飯得果4舊雞望到斬雞果位後生仔覺得佢係學徒唔識斬跟住好耐都冇去食直至今日中午去買個外賣返屋企食一打開大家自己睇數埋連埋雞棍果兩舊先斬六件有肉既得四件(如圖:未食過)食既d雞都食唔到兩啖飯佢呢個斬法係其他燒味店要雞肶雙併飯果隻斬法仲衰過去對面酒樓買既特價飯盒一定唔會再有下次

前面剛嗒過大浪灣士多西多,搭了約十五分鐘車出到來筲箕灣。太太說倦,那我就遷就一下不走到東大街那邊,甫一下車,就走入這裡....人多到離晒譜,好不容易才找到個位。看餐牌,下午茶時間剛到,便宜慳儉一點,就來兩份三個人開心SHARE....叫得做"燒鵝餐室",燒味一定是這裡最耍家之物。故此,當然要叫碗燒鵝瀨試試....燒鵝皮看上去擰立立甚引人,咬下去帶微微脆,不錯;肉厚身但稍微過韌不夠嫩,要扣分;瀨粉滑嘟嘟,吸盡沾了鵝汁香的上湯來食,看來比肉更吸引....母子二人則分享一個典型的茶記式常餐....叉燒望上去挺瘦色水暗啞的但食落卻覺甚軟淰易咬,若然蜜味可以重一點就更好了;油多一般,可以焗烘得更脆口的;炒蛋夠滑,不俗....不過埋尾的熱菜蜜卻是個反高潮 ---- 感覺就像在喝以前常飲的竹蔗茅根精,奇怪....邊食邊發覺越來越多人....看來還是馬上吃完埋單鬆人好了....

燒鵝皮看上去擰立立甚引人,咬下去帶微微脆,不錯;肉厚身但稍微過韌不夠嫩,要扣分;瀨粉滑嘟嘟,吸盡沾了鵝汁香的上湯來食,看來比肉更吸引....
