首先黎嘅係蠔仔粥,本身就唸住叫一碗呀!但呀姐姐就話一窩抵食好多,無記錯都係多二三十蚊,咁窩粥就非常非常足料,裏面好多蠔仔,另外重有冬菇,有烘左嘅大地魚乾,肉碎,重有d香菜等等,湯味鮮甜及惹味,真係令人一試難忘 ,你每一啖食落去都會食度有料,而且佢就唔會話咸,食落去果d係鮮味黎呀!正呀!

好啦!到拼盤出場啦!食材就非常之豐富,出面食果d拼盤就只可以選擇兩個或者三個併,但係e道就可以大雜併,有生腸,墨魚,紅腸,大腸同鵝腸等,同一個鹵水汁出黎嘅產品,同個鹵水鵝一樣,一樣都係咁入味,咁好食,特別推介係d大腸,炆到好林,好入味,唔臭,師傅們就真係好利害呀!

最後一個菜式係咸肉炒椰菜花,我真係未食過咁好味嘅椰菜花呀!非常入味,咸肉果d香味完完全全出晒黎,入晒去d椰菜花度,而且師傅嘅調味剛剛好,好出色,遺憾嘅係我揸車無得飲啤酒,我一定會再黎呀!

今次其實不是第一次去,同屋企突然想食潮州野,所以就唸起新城。環境普普通通,冷氣開到好行,入到去好凍一坐低就叫左碟紅腸拼鵝腸(因為未齊人) 鵝腸乾淨同有咬口,紅腸就一般,無乜特別。人齊了,就起菜啦首先係招牌蠔仔粥(窩),平令正夠6個人食2碗,淡淡都有蠔仔,足料到呢!之後就係蠔餅,又係必叫既,唔熱氣得黎炸得又脆口,一流!水瓜煮魚肚,還可以,唔腥鹵水鵝片/件,味道一流,入味,份量適中,鹵水唔太咸,唔會得咸味無左鵝味春菜,有腩肉做個汁,令到個菜好野味,呢個菜口感同味道同其他菜好唔同,都係必試!咁點解話老實呢?因為海鮮都係睇每日黎貨好定壞,咁你問侍應一定話乜都好既。不過呢間唔同,本來想食蟹,但係老闆話唔令,介紹聖子王。又大又肥美,仲有粉絲係底一流!

水瓜煮魚肚,還可以,唔腥

鹵水鵝片/件,味道一流,入味,份量適中,鹵水唔太咸,唔會得咸味無左鵝味

春菜,有腩肉做個汁,令到個菜好野味,呢個菜口感同味道同其他菜好唔同,都係必試!

咁點解話老實呢?因為海鮮都係睇每日黎貨好定壞,咁你問侍應一定話乜都好既。不過呢間唔同,本來想食蟹,但係老闆話唔令,介紹聖子王。又大又肥美,仲有粉絲係底一流!

記得第一次來這間潮州飯店是男朋友帶蝴蝶結姐姐來食的一味反沙芋教我一直沒齒難忘 要再來幫襯也 鬆脆的白脆糖包裹著軟綿綿的芋頭 非常好食印象中不知不覺就食了多少粒呢 另一味蝦乾炒韭菜花又是非常推介金香的蝦乾伴著幼嫩的韭菜花 爽脆、清甜又可口 這次再點了一客蒜香骨 炸至金黃的蒜粒,鋪滿炸香的排骨上 甘香惹味,而且,排骨入口 一點也不韌配白飯就最佳了 姐已把這間餐廳列入心水之選 為了這個反沙芋,我會一而再,再而三的幫襯

這晚在九龍仔公園做完運動順道同太座兩個人撑枱腳, 曾幾何時有次同友人d某晚食完晚飯經過這店, 友人d見到門口阿姊在製作”炸蠔餅”看得他口水直流, 這晚我們雖然來了但仍然無叫炸蠔餅,先來鹵水鵝一碟$80, 賣相正常, 但估佢唔到隻鵝的肉係淋夾滑, 鹵水汁味係有份沉鬱嘅氣味! 唔知呢d係咪成日講那種用咗半個世紀嘅鹵水汁之類嘅野, 不僅僅只是中式鹵水料/中藥材的氣味,所以是晚好少醮白醋汁食,蠔仔粥$45/碗, 大大碗足料, 連冬菇絲都有,雖然無咩冬菇味但誠意十足! 蠔仔都唔少喎!花生雞腳$40 係小食, 呢個算係全晚至難接受的一品, 不過都明白呢個小食看似做法好簡單但要做得好食殊不簡單, 尤其是用的是預先炸咗嘅雞腳, 這裏明顯是煮過了頭, 骨肉分離得很, 筋更加不用講了, 花生就還可以的, 個汁味道沒有過咸, 蝦乾炒韮菜花$70 呢個韮菜花好嫩身, 蝦乾是處理過的所以一咬下去感覺濕潤之餘又剛剛好的咸香度, 色香味齊的一碟小炒,服務只有一個阿姊把關, 貌似懶懶閒但可能係做咗好耐呢個岡位, 半成功力已經足以應付了吧, 所有價錢一早已了然於胸, 食物質素比價錢高值得再來發掘一下!

因為交通不便, 個人很少去九龍城開餐, 今次因為朋友生日聚會不得不來, 新城潮州飯店是傳統舊式潮州食店, 茶餐廳格局, 順理成章……裝修欠奉。******************************潮州蠔仔粥材料很豐富,內有蠔仔、柴魚、肉碎及香芹等, 蠔仔新鮮, 粥底唔腥, 不過就稍為鹹了點。滷水鵝片淡淡的滷水清香, 鹹甜適中, 鵝薄薄一片, 尚算嫩滑。肉碎四季豆半肥瘦肉碎炒得香口惹味,偏油略鹹,送飯一流。心形糖醋麵趣緻心心啱晒情侶食 糖醋麵表面煎得焦香,邊位脆口,伴以糖醋同吃,滋味滿分,今晚最like 的一味新城整體偏鹹, 食完有點口渴, 不知是否潮州人好濃味之故, 不過每人$60 可以食到滷水鵝片及蠔仔粥, 咁抵食, 什麼不足之處都包容到啦。
