4.鮑汁雞腳---35元一碟,從來也是喝茶的一個不錯的選擇,可以慢慢在口中訓練自己的牙齒和舌頭運轉雞腳,不失為一種口部運動。雞腳無疑是有膽固醇,但是也有豐富骨膠原,有利有弊,算是打和。

5.魚湯雲吞---也是35元一碗,標明是用石頭魚來弄湯,不過很奇怪,雲吞是很小的一顆,只有小小的材料在雲吞皮內,有點像日本小孩子弄的晴雨娃娃一樣。而且湯底也很淡,不像石頭魚湯那樣濃味,有點懷疑,不過35元也不可能是真的用石頭魚來煲湯的了,算了吧。

6.雞蛋豬腳姜---一樣35元一個,不過超值的,因為無論姜醋也好,雞蛋也好,豬腳也好,連姜也好,也是吃得過的,只是分量小,不過兩個人也不用吃太多,吃不完又浪費又會影響下一次叫來吃的動機。


7. 錦鹵雲吞---26元一個,也是不錯的一個小吃,有脆口的炸脆片點甜甜的醬汁來吃,紅紅的醬汁內有蝦,有叉燒,有菜類等。挺開胃的一個食物。第一個吃青光它,沒有浪費一點一滴。


以為我們兩個人吃得多,原來隔離的三位女士比我們吃得更多,三個人點了18蝶大大小小的食物,我們離開之前還要甜品,厲害,我們甘拜下風。離開之時帶走一個飽飽的肚子和悠閒的心情。

Had 炭燒堂片黃金鴨全包宴 to celebrate grandma's birthday. Food was better than expected as they were all served very hot and fast, and most importantly, without much msg! I'm quite sensitive to msg and get thirsty quickly, but didn't feel much this time. Particularly recommend the steamed Chinese birthday bun. It was hot, big, with juicy egg yolk and right sweetness. Yummy!

從今以後, 可能會好多來將軍澳了~幾個朋友都搬左入o黎, 仲就生仔喇...今日入來都係同佢飲餐茶. 我又唔知頭知路, 朋友帶了我來呢度等位, 等一陣就有得入了.內都幾光猛, 我們坐窗邊直頭幾熱同幾晒~叫了幾籠點心, 腸粉等;都幾標準, 質素ok, 也不太貴, 價錢合理.個煲仔飯仲以為好大煲, 不過一打開原來得1/3 滿, 真係笑餐死.$24, 算係咁喇. 味道ok.服務也ok 了. 阿哥都好快手.

精美甜品 - 轉了做奶黃流沙包, 熱辣辣的, 味道也不錯, 奶黃較甜, 流沙程度一般.

總的來說, 食物份量很大, 我們一共十四人, 人人都吃得很飽, 而且每人還有一個橙, 就像平時婚宴最後一人一橙! 但可惜部分食物偏鹹, 水準一般. 由於是包房的關係, 有專人服務, 所以服務OK, 除了上菜速度先快後慢之外. 這個套餐由於是全包的, 連加一也不用付, 又有乳豬又有魚翅, 跟平常婚宴也差不多, 所以算是很抵! 不過最失敗的就是忘記了要替食物拍照, 所以無法在此分享美食照片!

100925 星期六,為了遷就家中各人,今天才補祝中秋節,選了這家鴻星開餐,觀塘的那家試過,這一家還是第一次,雖然比較小,但環境挺不錯,由於早已訂位,不用等候,七時到便可以立即入座,一行八人,懶得諗就選了個六位用的鮑魚•魚翅•乳豬全包宴($1300),加多兩位用的分量(加$292x2),落單後就準備食啦。 香芒帶子卷,外面少少脆,內裡帶子芒果軟腍腍,口感不錯,不用蘸沙律醬也好味,而隨碟附上的沙律,不但醒胃,亦可減低帶子卷的熱氣,不錯的配搭。 鴻運乳豬,個presentation有點趣怪,來半隻乳豬沒問題,但放在原本盛放乳豬全體的碟上,就看來有點怪怪的,好在乳豬不太肥,皮又脆卜卜。 紅燒雞絲翅,都幾多材料,不過似乎花膠比魚翅還多。 蒜子玉環瑤柱脯,不過不失,瑤柱和節瓜都夠腍,最適合老人家食喇。 油泡玻璃蝦球,蝦球爽口彈牙,翠肉瓜爽甜,好爽吖。 脆皮黃油雞,跟乳豬一樣,個presentation怪怪的,大大隻碟,顯得雞的分量特別少,雞的味道其實挺不錯的,皮脆肉嫩。 清蒸大海斑,也不錯的,但不知怎解,只有薑絲而沒有葱絲,似乎失色了吧。 原隻鮑魚燴玉掌,食完其他主菜才姍姍來遲,大概鮑魚跟鴨掌都

鴻運乳豬,個presentation有點趣怪,來半隻乳豬沒問題,但放在原本盛放乳豬全體的碟上,就看來有點怪怪的,好在乳豬不太肥,皮又脆卜卜。
紅燒雞絲翅,都幾多材料,不過似乎花膠比魚翅還多。
蒜子玉環瑤柱脯,不過不失,瑤柱和節瓜都夠腍,最適合老人家食喇。
油泡玻璃蝦球,蝦球爽口彈牙,翠肉瓜爽甜,好爽吖。
脆皮黃油雞,跟乳豬一樣,個presentation怪怪的,大大隻碟,顯得雞的分量特別少,雞的味道其實挺不錯的,皮脆肉嫩。
清蒸大海斑,也不錯的,但不知怎解,只有薑絲而沒有葱絲,似乎失色了吧。
原隻鮑魚燴玉掌,食完其他主菜才姍姍來遲,大概鮑魚跟鴨掌都需要較長的烹調時間吧,不枉等了這麼久,鮑魚和鴨掌都夠腍和入味。
千歲大蟠桃,大大個,脹卜卜,好可愛,熱辣辣,蓮蓉軟棉棉,跟溜油蛋黃混和一起,好好味,其實餡料跟月餅一樣,所以中秋節食這個包包,都幾應景呢。
蝦子燴伊麵,有好多蝦子,正一蝦子麵,可惜來遲了,剛剛吃了個大蟠桃,肚子沒有多餘空位了,但又忍不住誘惑食了一口,麵條沒有多餘的醬汁黏著,不錯喔。
精美甜品,是紫米露,雖是普普通通的一個甜品,但就將整個晚餐畫上了個完美的句號。

中秋節正日當天,跟爸、媽吃過了一頓不太滿意的晚餐,而這個晚上,一家人比較齊整,菜式又比較豐富,當然亦吃得比較開心啦

經常同屋企人到將軍澳鴻星飲茶,價錢同質素真係成反比!所有食物新鮮熱辣,叫到成枱嘢,先至百幾蚊。最重要係環境及裝修好,地方比一般洒樓寬闊,乾淨企理,員工服務細心有禮,令我哋一家人好好享受高質素嘅family time!

先來點鴻星最為出名的炸銀魚仔,當然加入了不少花生,花生就沒有吃了,但炸銀魚仔都是一貫的又脆又有鹹香,買番包在家睇波隊啤真不錯,之後就入正題了,也就從冷盤先談起,上海肴肉拼牛展,鹵水的牛展與上海肴肉同碟,很難避免的是連上海肴肉也沾了不少鹵水汁,但不知是大幸還是不幸,鹵水味不太濃香,未太影響肴肉的味道,可牛展的味道就變為單向的豉油味,可幸牛展切得夠薄夠腍又不嚡,是沒有理由難吃的;上海肴肉最為抵讚的是伴來的黑醋,是真的頗有黑醋香的,可是那肴肉的湯凍部份吃起來沒有清甜鮮香,肉的部份味道沒特別而質地就偏為硬實,其實也難怪,畢竟鴻星不是一所滬菜店。

海蜇燻蹄的海蜇是廣東人較為常吃的觸手,吃入口有彈性之外又不太腍或太韌,伴點簡單的麻油香,是不錯的;燻蹄切得薄薄的,個人認為是過薄了,做成蹄部膠質的部份吃入口的口感未夠突出,至於味道方面,白鹵水的味道都是不夠香,只是留於鹽水的水平,但都是不難吃的;煎釀孖寶有茄子釀鯪魚肉及青椒釀豬肉,未有試過後者,前者來說是很油膩,但吃茄子就是這樣的了,茄子肉入口如能再軟滑一點更好,鯪魚肉飽滿但鯪魚的香味不夠,又是一件不錯但未能說是好吃的項目。

酥炸牛坑腩是一款第一回的小食,當見到點心紙有此有趣的項目,縱使知道有同事不吃牛,也是點過吃了才算,酥炸的牛腩做得外酥脆而牛腩又不太韌,雖然很明顯牛腩是十成熟,但肉質入口不韌,吃起來有肉纖維的感覺,絕對沒有用上化學物品來做手腳,加味道方面有濃烈的牛肉羶香,更足証以上的論點,唯一有得彈的是油了一點,但個人認為吃這個物品,就是預定要承受這方面的風險。

之後就來點纖維吧,這個啫啫唐生菜,成個煲都水汪汪的,吃入口味道難免大大的影響了其味道,蝦醬味是極薄,而且吃起來都變得不太夠鹹,但生菜翠綠而煮得介乎腍及爽口之間,都算不錯,但話說回來,啫啫煲煮菜,都是煮不太會出水的通菜好一點;另也要了魚片粥,其實都是一個粥底來玩生滾的,生滾的魚片煮得只剛熟,吃入口有鯇魚的淡水魚獨有的味道,有人認為是泥腥,但本人就接受的,加上魚片很是嫩滑,配來夠稠的粥底,其實已經不錯,可惜粥底很明顯的加了味精,吃入口有非魚類的味道之外,更有不明來歷的「鮮」味。

這個帶子鮑魚粒燴飯看起來像極福建炒飯,但就真的有非常之多的帶子粒,入口粒粒都彈牙,而且更有丁點乾瑤柱的鮮味,可是鮑魚粒就不太多,至於個飯的味道十足十福建炒飯,加點菜心莖、冬菇及其他配料,味道都不錯,再者個飯底又有蛋花,看得出都不算馬虎。

點心都每款能吃上一件,石頭魚餃的餃皮偏厚又實,做不到透薄軟熟,就算內在的餡如何美好,這件點心也注定是要事倍功半,加上那所謂的石頭魚餡也真的很麻麻,不知是否因為不新鮮的關係,店家用上不少的調味及薑等伴入石頭魚肉,雖然石頭魚肉仍舊結實而有咬口,但味道就不能說鮮美了;臘腸狗其實是臘腸卷的化名,有趣的在迷你臘腸卷的一端加上一球粉團,點睛後就變成一條狗了,包身都算軟熟,臘腸都算有點爆油的感覺,吃入口的鹹香及臘油的甘美度都不錯,但當然跟蓮香仍有點距離。

蝦餃的皮也傳承了石頭魚餃的餃皮,是一樣的又厚又實,蝦的餡就反之夠爽口而還帶點鮮香;燒賣用上了一粒杞子代替了蟹籽,是因為健康的原因還是成本的原因呢?沒有了蟹籽的鹹香,味道仿佛是欠了一點點,但平心而論,用上豬肉及蝦仔所組成的燒賣主體,豬肉有咬口但又不會太過實,蝦又夠爽身,吃入口兩者在味道方面都有點貢獻,這個是不錯的。

心存僥倖的點了奶皇千層糕,因為本人很懷念真正的千層糕,畢竟現在越來越少茶樓會做了,椰絲加蛋黃的香,仍在腦中浮現,是日的奶皇千層糕,很明顯其實只不過是馬拉糕中加一層奶黃醬,奶黃醬夠滑而有點奶香,但蛋黃味就免問,馬拉糕糕身鬆軟而帶點點蛋香,坦然是不錯的;西杏甘露撻其實有如蓮蓉酥,外層的酥皮不夠酥,吃入口有點太乾,蓮蓉都幾香但不夠滑,加多點點油搓會好一點吧;麻沙糍其實不過是擂沙湯圓吧,本人未有嚐過,也不適合給予評價。

絕對是一餐豐富的午餐,下午不要打瞌睡就好了。

Ordered the Abalone and conch set for 6 people, the set consisted of: half a roast suckling pig, 6 baked stuffed conches, stir fried prawns with flaxseed, beancurd rolls and pearl dumplings, steamed fish with sweet picked veg, chicken and sharksfin soup, chicken and grounded ginger sauce, scallop and kale fried fried and dessert.

For maxims, I do not have any expectations because the food is just so-so.
However I did expect the conch and abalone to be good as they were the highlights of the set, and the rest of the dishes are just fillers to make the set worth its price.

Roast suckling pig: presented nicely but too fatty.

Baked conches: This was a conch shell stuffed with chopped up conch meat in Portuguese sauce.
The filling was slightly spicy and coconutty, with pieces of conch meat mixed with Portuguese sauce and potato

Stir fried prawn and flaxseed:
This was a medley of prawn, courgettes and flaxseed, slightly oily, but this is chinese food, the taste wasn’t that strong either.

Beancurd rolls and pearl dumplings: both were rather soggy, the pearl dumpling is basically a chiu chow dumpling with translucent skin, however the skin at the bottom was too thick and chewy.
Both tasteless and boring.

Steamed fish and sweet pickled vegetable: same as any steamed fish.

Chicken and sharks fin soup:
The broth was clear and the chicken was over boiled.

Abalone and mushrooms:
The abalones were slightly too hard and overall too much oil in the dish that the lettuce reeked of oil

Chicken and grounded ginger sauce:
This was better than expected, although it was too salty, the sauce was rich and generous.
However it was just too oily only.

Scallop and kale fried rice: too greasy and tasteless

Dessert: red bean sweet soup
Something that I do not eat, so cant comment, but others said it was bitter due to the dried grapefruit peel.

Overall, I only like the stuff conch and chicken in ginger sauce, and next time I reckon I would be better off ordering ala carte items.

呢日有親戚唻咗屋企,一齊落去鴻星飲茶,其他食物都無咩好講,都係一般點心咁囉......不過有一樣叫"麻沙滋"嘅真係好好食,睇個名都知佢係芝麻糯米滋啦,我一放落口,真係有一種軟綿綿嘅感覺,咬落去,果d麻茸真係好鬼香,真係好鬼有驚喜.....另外有奶皇馬拉糕都好好食,甜度適中又鬆軟,好正......下次去飲茶都要再食過......
