今年年初四知道鴻星出了猴年的甜點,為了應節所以就去試試。酒樓環境不錯,卡位坐得舒服。可能新年期間吧,侍應只顧服務相熟客人,普通顧客叫了多次都無反應,這點需要處理一下。食物方面可以但無什驚喜,蝦餃我食的還不錯。另外特別點的猴年甜點及獅子王就真的試一次就夠了.... 樣子外型很可愛,但真的稱不上好食。皮十分厚,餡料味道配搭怪怪的,其實有了gimmick,可以再做好一點,或直接做成咸點可能更為討好。

話說今日食team lunch, 同事提議去食鴻星。食鴻星最中意食佢果個魚仔花生,出面買一包都幾貴下㗎!都係叫左普通飲菜必嗌野食,但同事就比佢既特色包點吸引左,嗌左玫瑰豆沙包同蘑菇包。玫瑰豆沙包: 外形靚,但少少凍同硬,豆沙不會太甜,水平一般啦。蘑菇包:外形精緻,熱辣辣,入面既蘑菇好香,推介!特別要講,佢個咖喱魷魚好特別,因為下面係用左烏冬墊底,烏冬吸收哂啲咖喱汁好好味!又唔會浪費啲汁,幾好幾好。

每年一次要去將軍澳拜山,總要找地方集合,最佳辦法是在酒樓集合,飲完茶後一齊出發,這兩年都揀選了這酒樓,這裏食物質素水準算是一般中上,勝在不太參差,同時對這集團也算有信心。今次有幾樣食品是值得特別分享一下的:-那些年腸粉,粉皮幼滑,加上甜醬、麻醬和腸粉豉油,入口味覺上確有年輕時在大排檔或街邊食到的滋味。叉燒,是燒味拼盤的其中一樣,勝在肥瘦適中,入口香淋鬆軟而又有噬口,味道香甜而又濃郁。燒肉,也是燒味拼盤的其中一樣,肥瘦比例恰當,皮脆肉淋,入口甘香,味濃而不會過份咸,肉汁豐富。鮮蝦腐皮卷,外皮香脆可口,內裏蝦肉新鮮彈牙,入口鮮美。回味銀針粉,落單時想像這是乾身的炒銀針粉,但上檯時見是湯粉,心中雖然有點失望,但也覺得可以一試,銀針粉滑而有韌度,有咬口之餘又夠淋,材料只是一點肉絲和菇絲,但湯頭十分甜美,唯一感覺美中不足的是湯頭有點過杰,略嫌醬口。鮮腐竹浸春菜,腐竹鮮嫩,入口清甜,春菜翠綠幼嫩,入口清爽甜美,兩者混合同食更覺美味。

該次用餐選的是6人套餐。到店時食客不多,服務員服務很熱情,就餐環境也不錯。不太滿意的是當晚用餐時,送上來的食物都有些涼,正是由於溫度的問題,大家都覺得大部分菜品味道有較大欠缺,唯有一道蒜蓉蟶子還算比較滿意。鴻星酒家是我一貫中意的食肆,但將軍澳這家對比別家鴻星,讓我有一點兒失望的感覺,看來即使是鴻星也不是間間都能保持高水準啊。

印象中以前鴻星的水準是算還不錯的,但這次的食物水準明顯大退步。服務方面看來人手不太足,很難才找到人加茶和落單。吃得很失望的一餐飲茶。

Once again, Chinese food! Not my favourite cuisine!~But not the worst!It's not that I dont like Chinese food, its because it is too oily and sweet and made in a weird way.The dim sums and Chinese food actually tastes better in UK.Anyway, ordered an array of dimsum and other dishes which I did not take pictures.For once I was impressed by their Prawn dumplings.It was better than TimHoWan, the dumpling skin was intact and al-dente.Other dishes included the chinese wax meats and rice.That particula

Once again, Chinese food! Not my favourite cuisine!~
But not the worst!
It's not that I dont like Chinese food, its because it is too oily and sweet and made in a weird way.
The dim sums and Chinese food actually tastes better in UK.

Anyway, ordered an array of dimsum and other dishes which I did not take pictures.

For once I was impressed by their Prawn dumplings.
It was better than TimHoWan, the dumpling skin was intact and al-dente.
Other dishes included the chinese wax meats and rice.
That particular dish diminished my appetite especially that waxy smell which could make me throw up anytime.

The romaine lettuced cooked in black bean sauce and garlic was nice, but there was too much oil which you can see a good centimetre thickness of it remaining.

每年春秋拜山後、老家定必喜歡此店食晏就,可能比較合佢心意事隔半年,食物水準沒有太大改變,依舊平平當然也選自下午茶時段入座,貪佢平啲嘛..蝦腸幾好幾滑,唔太粉羊肉飽是新嘗試,評分就各有分其,老人家口評就麻麻,反而後生仔就話好味'讓大腸'我見到個樣都唔太喜歡,但友人就話好味,我自已就冇試..至於蝦餃,燒賣、都算平平..我就最喜歡個馬拉糕,內餡好溜心、甜度剛好,正!最最最差就係個'梳呼梨',甜到要嘔魚球蒸出嚟口感比較硬身,如可有所改善就好嘞而杯裝甜品我就忘記名字,不過唔錯用citibank埋單有九拆,十多款點心連加一全數差不多$500.頭左右

'讓大腸'我見到個樣都唔太喜歡,但友人就話好味,我自已就冇試..
至於蝦餃,燒賣、都算平平..
我就最喜歡個馬拉糕,內餡好溜心、甜度剛好,正!
最最最差就係個'梳呼梨',甜到要嘔

魚球蒸出嚟口感比較硬身,如可有所改善就好嘞
而杯裝甜品我就忘記名字,不過唔錯
用citibank埋單有九拆,十多款點心連加一
全數差不多$500.頭左右

由新星帶起熱潮的流沙包,現今周圍都有得食。而這兒的出品,夠香,亦是湧出來的,似樣子。當然,流沙包一定要熱食,涼了的話,就不流了。

蛋煎糯米雞,是放棄了用荷葉包的傳統做法,改為把它煎香,質感就是較為乾身,但香口一點的,我覺得又唔錯,始終香口食品都是我的至愛。

最後的芒果糯米飯,大概是學泰式的食品,不過用普通糯米,加上煉奶,感覺是太膩了,是失敗之作。

點心有好有壞,但總的去計,可以接受的。

姍姍來遲了....趕過來將軍澳出席家庭飯局。抵達時已差不多二時正,真不好意思....剩下的時間不多,之後又要到大哥的新居坐坐,再加上又要看顧身旁的小友,故就算是對着滿桌的食物,亦只能求求其其,匆匆忙忙吃點東西便算....看見桌上那碟以小丑作造型的點心甚是可愛,試了一口,原來是以豆沙作餡的餃子。餃皮差不多是成吋厚,豆沙餡又是甜得膩人。正式是"好睇唔好食"的代表作....豉油皇銀芽炒麵炒得甚乾身,但吃得出下了點點師傅,而且可能是放在檯上太久,攤涼已一段時間底下麵質已變硬。相信熱食應會是okay的...煎粟米魚餅是太油膩了,而且魚膠的份量太少,只薄薄的一片,怎能夠喉 ?蛋撻及蛋白撻味道甜得太過份。各食了一口,忍受不住,硬生生的吐了出來....鹹魚雞粒煲仔飯份量夠大,飯粒乾爽軟熟;鹹魚粒用上霉香的,的確惹味又夠香;雞粒雖是碎碎的,但不嚡口。吃了那麼多道點心小吃,以這個就最對路了馬上連吞兩三碗,不然怎樣夠飽 ?對於其他東西,已沒興趣去吃了。還是快快埋單走人好了....
