提早為父親節食飯, 父親節當然要食好d, 于是訂左1個5千8的全包宴; 有鮑魚, 魚翅(每人兩兩), 燕窩糖水當日吾知係咪因為上午黑雨所以晚飯不多客; 我地book 左房要兩桌麻雀; 但去到無俾房我地而係在大廳用板簡; 反而地方大d, 不錯 招呼方便可以俾90分, 打麻雀時供應的小食很可口, 本來以為要錢(全包無話有小食); 但找數時原來小食都係送架, 最后重有椶送對這晚飯很滿意呢!

星期日招待遠方的親友夜遊香江。為著方便,故決定到尖沙咀鴻星總店晚飯。是晚我們點了五款餸菜:1.桂花魚片㷛飯----飯㷛得很香及很好味。㷛飯使我回想到第一次被鴻星吸引的,是十多年前一 個寒冬晚上的一㷛臘味㷛飯了。2.魚湯津白豆腐-----魚湯很腥,食豆腐時要閉氣。3.燒味拼盤(燒腩、燒鱔、炸豆腐)-----燒鱔仍保持很高的水準。4.肝醬片皮雞-----樣子可以,但肝醬配搭不宜,故味道很怪,不好食。5.酒釀白金鴨-----已遜色很多,不及以前。是晚負責招待我們的部長周小姐,聽她說話中略帶有客家話口音,故開始與她用客家話交談。而親切的談話換來的代價就是買了兩張五月糉券。但鴻星的服務也是值得一讚的。

本人於十二月尾在尖沙咀海港城鴻星食晚飯, 過程都十分慢, 這個我們都不太在意, 到最後上甜品(杏汁燕窩)十分烯及無甜味, 好似水咁. 於是我就叫他們更換, 侍應都立即取回去處理. 處理甜品的位置是在我們座位的對面, 大約五張台距離, 製造甜品的唔係一個師傅而是一個貌似經理的人, 這樣都無所謂, 但是恐怖事件就在這時發生. 我親睇見到經理張我們吃過的甜品賭回鍋內再煮. 嘩我登時比嚇我目瞪口呆. 我不敢相信咁大間酒樓會咁做, 換返碗比我都唔係咁過份, 點解咁都做得出. 我即時叫部長來同佢講, 他們竟然話呢兩碗係你地既, 唔會攪錯既, 我即時一句講我見到的你們都可以咁做, 這麼我見唔到的係唔係會大集會. 部長即時無話可說, 及唔收我碗糖水錢. 事後我覺得這件事十分過份, 不得不同大家分享.

以前曾光顧鴻星,食物都ok啦,都sell良好服務,上星期跟家人因小失誤第一次到此分店,晚飯已時先訂枱,我諗如果沒訂枱應沒有位1.但此店實在太迫,連走廊位都很窄,那麼侍應該已了解吧!但每次經過我座位後面時次次都碰到我張椅,十分搔擾,可是其它客人走過時也沒有碰到,為何侍應們都這麼(牙渣)2.食物不夠熱,我們點了雞煲翅,沒有奢望是堂煮,但起碼不應該只是暖的,熱湯只是基本服務(另,我見其它枱有些是堂煮的,好心咁逼就唔好扮高級要堂煮啦)3.茶餐廳態度,桌面已經不大,當侍應端上小籠包時桌面差點不夠放,她只是隨意的放下,蒸籠還沒有放平頭也不回已走了,叫都叫唔切,就像茶餐廳飛碟絶技,可是不是茶餐廳價錢4.已決定了一毫字小費都唔比,臨走時家人發現我背後有滴餸汁!!另,請Openrice更正,海港城分店被誤刋此分店之號碼,如我一早知是此分店一定唔會訂

節前收到的禮物,一直放在雪櫃,想不到現在拿出來享用仍覺不錯。貼上金箔只是為了抬高身價,不過月餅本身確有一定水準,皮薄之外,蓮蓉餡頗軟滑,蛋黃亦不硬實,油分也充足。迷你size很是適合,儘管可能已經厭食月餅,也不介意一人一個將它速速解決。

Hi Everyone,

I don't know how come there are soo many good comments about this place. I went there with my gf and the first impression was that we went to an extremely cheap restaurant. The stairway up to the restaurant gave me a creepy feeling.

Then I thought, not every restaurant has to be pretty, so we stayed and ordered.

1. We ordered 1 'Yellow Oil Crab' 14 Oz
2. Ordered a small combo $194/person

When the crab came:
First thing my gf said: normal crabs tastes better
I said: the oil dont taste like oil

Then the combo came slowly, and each item was so small it was unbelievable.

The Fish with melon had no flavour to it, and they gave oyster sauce

The Rice wrapped in Leave had no flavour to it and i could not tell what else was in it then found out it was fish

Then they came with the soup. It had Swallow's Nest.. WOW, but it was like crumbs from the bottom of the box.

Then the 花膠(fish stomach) with 海心(sea cucumber) with Abalone sauce... which tasted only like oyster sauch with sugar water.

Then the finale was Watermelon with HoneyDew... then 2 pieces of cake... too bad i dont have the picture to post.. the 2 pieces of cake togther is the size of a girls' hand...

Sure, the combo is not the most pricy, but if the restaurant is good, everything is good. no excuses...

and guess how much i paid??? $1058 total!!!

My stomach didn't even feel anything and didn't feel the quality, and if you say .. oo go for the atmosphere.. there was none. ...
..

I guess, if you go, get the expensive items, maybe it can be better, but i don't know...

People around us were smiling and happy, but we were said the whole time... ENJOY

老豆七十大壽, 但不打算擺酒只是一家人吃一餐好的, 所以本著"豪豪地"食一餐便預訂了黃油蟹及一房間替他慶祝. 我們事先與經理溝通有關菜單, 最後都好滿意.菜單包括每人半隻黃油蟹(質素有點參差, 個別蟹好多蒸,有些普通, 但大致滿意), 大蝦沙津, 蟶子王(非常好味) , 九孔飽魚, 生翅, 大清斑, 脆皮鴨(非常好味) , 上湯覓菜, 長壽伊麵, 糖水生果. 最後一人一個壽包. 壽包大隻又好飽滿而且每隻都有一個蛋黃, 雖然是最後才見, 但都覺得好好味.除了吃, 我們還預備了封大利是給老豆及一些低能遊戲替老豆祝壽, 老豆當然笑不攏咀, 整晚都好開心.

好朋友生日,因為佢大肚嘅原因最好就去食中菜.我又想食蟹粉小籠飽所以去鴻星,諗住生日食好D啦!- 蟹粉小籠飽28蚊一隻嚟到發現好細隻WOR~味道又唔係特別好,比想像中差囉!- 果個唔知咩雞雞肉冇味,勁一般嘅餸,講到咁正,誤導人.- 燕窩蝦丸成百二蚊一個,又係最冇味嘅一個,真激氣!!!!! 花膠海参,蛋白蝦仁炒飯&粟米魚肚羹就OK好食.懷舊菜色果D又話每日只有一至兩碟,其他餸又係依樣冇果樣冇.SHOW得出嚟但又唔一定有,算點先?埋單690好貴呀!!!

同朋友期待左好耐ge鴻星下午茶, 終於去左一試. 滿心歡喜試佢地ge點心, 點知失望而回, d 點心基乎全部用淡某某無味黎形容, 茶又唔夠香, 尤其係碟腸粉, 真係~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~完全唔拈

同男友出黎慶祝回歸十周年活動,去睇下博物館,呢兩日免費。政府係咁啦,一家便宜兩家著,市民又有地方去,又唔駛咁多人去遊行。今早起身睇升旗禮,跟住就職典禮,跟住八一跳傘隊表演,跟住深西通車典禮,跟住回歸parade.嘩,幾多節目,睇到點幾鐘都未完。咁唯有食下午茶啦。灣仔鴻星就去得多,咁試下尖沙嘴呢度啦。呢度裝修真係有d殘,間店太多柱,所以侍應未必能關注到每張臺的服務。我地點了冬菇雞絲腸,珍珠雞,叉燒包,三星燒賣同鴨腳札。三星燒賣,係三粒冬瓜粒上放上燒賣的肉,和其他配料如帶子,磨孤等。清清地,唔錯。鴨腳札係比較古老的點心,不過要做得好,好視乎那片芋頭,一定要不太淋才好。鴻星的點心一向都有水準的,呢間仲真係即叫即蒸,出到黎係好熱辣辣的。好好味。解放軍八一跳傘隊表演,嘩,真係精彩!香港人今次真係有眼福。跟住的三軍檢閱儀仗隊,真係操得靚,直一直,升旗禮,手一潑國旗隨隨飄揚,真令人感動到作為中國人的驕傲!
