餐廳的主要食材均來自北海道、九州、沖繩等等,
更使人吃得安心放心。

壽司每款都很新鮮,刺身肥美又大件,
當中但凡炙燒過的款式更是使人一試難忘,
如炙燒金目鯛,ʙʙ銀鱈魚,炙燒右口魚等,師傅使用火槍微微燒香後,魚油的香氣完全的揮發出來,入口油脂豐富,魚油滿滿。

另外,醬油醃赤身也是驚喜之作,
經醃漬後入口竟帶有香濃的蒜香味,很新穎但又ᴏᴋ夾。

而大拖羅及赤海膽也是鮮甜無比,
很喜歡這種入口即溶,油香豐腴的刺身
看來以後廚師發板詢問我的口味喜好時,
還是不要扮矜持,果斷地告知對方我是重口味人士吧(笑~

是餐廳自家製的綠茶奶凍配黑豆。
本人逢豆類都不喜歡,因此黑豆只好狠心地撥到一旁去。
而抹茶奶凍香甜綿滑,入口抹茶香氣濃郁,是我喜歡的甜度呢。
