接近年尾,係時候為自己今年嘅努力慶祝一番,於是今晚就同朋友去食Omakasa!餐廳裝修極具日本風,坐得舒服,而且服務周到,絕對可以再encore,以下揀咗幾款我心水食物介紹:天然九繪魚九繪魚入口的軟嫩程度讓人驚訝,肉身味道濃郁,油脂細緻。白象拔蚌肉質口感十分上乘,口感彈牙,而且味道濃厚。海膽海膽係我嘅至愛,其色澤為淺橙黃色,味道濃厚甘甜,口感奶滑,令人再三回味。醬油漬大拖羅愛吃刺身的人,必定鍾意鮮味而帶魚油香的拖羅,而醬油漬的鹹香令拖羅的鮮甜更加突出!鰤魚腩呢個鰤魚腩我真係第一次食,味道相當唔錯,因為佢口感幼滑細膩、風味鮮甜!

11月特別多朋友生日,今晚就去咗元朗同朋友食omakase生日飯🥳~我哋今餐食咗咗好多高質壽司🍣同魚生,每碟都好新鮮🤤,有秋刀魚、深海池魚、醬油漬大拖羅、深海池魚、鮟鱇魚肝配烏魚子、鰆魚、金目鯛、魚湯、目光魚白粟米飯等。其中呢幾款最有驚喜😍~秋刀魚秋天特別肥美嘅魚,魚肉夠鮮紅,好新鮮😋鮟鱇魚肝配烏魚子🐟初時擔心會有腥味,點知原來食落肉質鮮味之餘,仲完全唔腥👍🏻~醬油漬大拖羅夠厚切,拖羅油脂十足,入口即浴🤤鰆魚晶凝通透嘅刺生,細味品嚐就會感受到淡淡的鮮味同甘味~
