今日係假日,訓醒男友就就話去食好d, 帶我去食日本野,都係男友最知我心意,日本料理是我的最愛。原來一早有安排,餐廳已早選定了,帶到尖沙咀來進內餐廳環境氣氛十分好,而原來有廚師拍辦,所以就坐吧枱,可以近距離望住師傅為我地預備食材龍蝦沙律 濃郁的龍蝦味,配上清新沙律合桃小魚 甜甜的很滋味秋魚刺身 前 很爽口,很清新的魚味鰽魚刺身 後 入口淋身魚質較滑身 配以酸汁海鮮醋物有帶子,北寄貝,蒟蒻,海帶,酸酸的很開胃金線魚 前 辣柚子芥末   好辣,魚皮燒過後很香金目鯛 後 辣魚子醬 辣味刺激了味蕾吞拿魚 麵鼓醬- 酸酸地 (霜降左) 魚味濃  中TARO 配新鮮wasbi ,入口溶化金目鯛魚鮫 擺盤十分優美 另一番視覺享受太刀魚 外皮脆香,十分可口燒taro 入口溶化,口内洋溢著油脂,感覺幸福以日本生菜包卷著,清新減油膩感魚湯 濃濃的白色魚湯,鮮甜魚味巨蜂乳酸jelly很香巨蜂味道,點點酸味,不錯  最後以即磨咖啡作為完美既完結。
