壽司控近日又再感到空虛寂寞和凍,終於我又撇開我家老闆獨自去偷吃。😛壽司癮發作,往日我的下午茶基地又結業了,本來想轉戰立鮨大埔新店,但基於天時地利人和,最後我在工作中場休息時走到了黃埔分店。😁為了犒賞自己勤力工作,我先要了份KAMA TORO(大吞拿魚鮫壽召),是吞拿魚中最矜貴的部份,魚肉入口即溶,魚油在口中滲入醋飯當中,帶給味蕾高層次享受。再來是三文魚腩壽司,魚肉肥美適中,雖說魚味不及其他魚類豐郁,但這是從小到大親切熟悉的味道。今次也要了深海池魚壽司和劍魚腩壽司,池魚肉質鮮嫩魚油甘香,美味程度直迫KAMA TORO,而同樣肉質柔軟的劍魚腩脂肪很多,多得令我想到是日都不需吃魚油丸補充奧米加3了。😂最後,是日下午茶以味道濃郁的海膽軍艦終結,壽司癮得以平息,空虛寂寞和凍的感覺又吞一段落。😌
