重點我覺得唔會有第二次就係啲壽司真係唔值呢個位,佢哋啲飯已經有調足味,基本上係唔需要再沾豉油,但係啲飯搶哂味,完全食唔到魚味。
另外,唔能夠理解點解要加芝麻係啲魚上面,只係食到芝麻味而食唔到魚味。

本身諗住好味會繼續叫,但食到咁樣已經覺得唔值,埋單就500左右到。🥲

個味道同華X結個雞湯相似😋
成個壽司set係非常值得打卡
每一件都係師傅用心製作 所以每一次個擺法都不一樣

建議首先食咗汁煮八爪魚🐙
非常之厚實嘅八爪魚肉 而且肉質淋滑

有八件壽司 包括油甘魚、帆立貝、大拖羅、赤貝、牡丹蝦、深海池魚、銀鱈魚及海膽🍣件件都算新鮮

甜品方面有水玄餅同紅豆餅,食完真係好滿足😙
坦白講,以這個價錢餐廳嘅食材質素一定不會是最高級,但它絕對有性價比優勢👍🏻p.s.如果唔想食廚師發辦,亦可以自選壽司🤍

面書推介,見個環境唔錯,個套餐又可以打卡,就試下。座位得八至十個,我平日6點幾嚟到就冇人,但臨近7點就爆曬,但食客都好流轉得好快,唔會等太耐。點咗個打卡套裝,另外再叫多咗份炸蝦卷,味道唔錯,不過師傅上枱失手整跌咗一舊,所以又呃多咗一份炸蝦卷食,但就好似都食唔飽,套裝壽司得8件,仲有小前菜、小甜品,套餐所有嘢都好精緻,要食到飽可能要食到$500位,我又覺得個素質未到呢個價錢,所以我都係點到即止,可能叫丼會比較化算。試下一次就算!

早排朋友介紹話呢間新開日本餐廳野食唔錯…又走去試下。7點到左已經有人排緊隊…不過好彩可以攞飛。店員就話大約要等一個鐘…因為鋪頭好細…大約坐10個人。過隔離飲杯野邊坐邊等。飛仔有QR code可以知叫到第幾張檯等左40分鐘有位…見咁抵食諗都唔諗就叫左個3百幾既omakase😂😂。呢度當然唔可以expect逐件上啦…師父一次過做好就放上架。總共有10件壽司…都有拖羅同海膽。另外叫左三文魚同腐皮壽司生意幾好轉得快…所以魚都算新鮮。味道正常咁啦…3XX就有手握壽司又有拖羅又有海膽唔會詐型…🙂🙂

I admit I was attracted by their pretty sushi set and came here. You can order 1 Hand Roll for $1(basically free) if you spend more than $80 per person. There were about 10 seats at the bar table and after the separation by the partition, the table was slightly small. This restaurant only accepts walk-in and the dining time is only 75 minutes. You can order the food you want by QR code. The Teng Set Menu was blocked and I asked one of the servers. They explained that they have ran out of dessert

This restaurant only accepts walk-in and the dining time is only 75 minutes. You can order the food you want by QR code. The Teng Set Menu was blocked and I asked one of the servers. They explained that they have ran out of desserts but I can still order it though the they will substitute the dessert with 2 sushi, which I agreed.

It was amazing to see them prepare the food like omakase and how they transformed the wooden set into their Teng set. The chef explained the order of eating the sushi(from the lightest flavor to the strongest) from bottom to top, front to back. Out of them all, the squid was my favorite, being really springy. The rice was already seasoned with red vinegar and the top of the sushi was also seasoned so I didn't really need the extra wasabi and soy sauce.

那天我們3人諗住想試吓新餐廳,就去這間藤等位,這餐廳面積相當細,只有一張L形長Bar 枱,食客之間完全沒有間隔,不知餐廳怎樣處理客人的社交距離。我取票後就在門外等候,其間待應只是叫2人枱的客人,我們在門外從19:58等到20:41,呆等40分鐘之後,待應走出來說:我哋9:30 last order, 你哋3位應該冇辦法俾到位你哋。我話:吓!等左咁耐先話俾唔到位?待應回應:咁我俾飛你嗰陣都唔知會咁㗎,我而家已經提早通知你啦,都唔係9:30先通知你,唔好意思呀。呢番說話真令人火都嚟埋,一啲道歉誠意都冇,好似唔憂做咁,既然俾得飛客人,就要想辦法解決,點可以一句我都唔知㗎就推卸責任,就算真係冇辦法都應該誠意同客人道歉,咁嘅服務態度搵鬼幫襯,我絕對唔會再嚟呢間餐廳😡

喺社交平台不停洗版宣傳之下,今日卒之去咗旺角這一間新開嘅鮨店,店舖不大,全部清一色吧枱!可以近距離欣賞壽司師傅嘅手藝(以為是一件賞心樂事)!落單係用QR code落,壽司set嘅選擇不多!只有三至四款,一款廚師發板($328),每個set嘅份量都唔多,我揀咗個特上壽司set盛惠$230(連加一),而且咩都冇包(即係冇麵豉湯同茶碗蒸),只有這六件壽司!其實我落單嘅時候都揀咗好耐,因為份量太少,食兩set又好似好誇張!最後叫住一set先,滿心期待呢個價位係如何高質嘅壽司!可惜當師傅把這六粒如玩具一般嘅壽司端上枱的時候,確實嚇了一跳,真心極度失望,同師傅嘅技術一樣!睇住佢握壽司同埋切魚生嘅技術!以及同兩位助手嘅不協調運作,個師傅應該好新!如果真的有心經營一間鮨店,希望有關方面能夠作出改善
