今日完成一個milestone,一定要慶祝下。餐廳以原木風格裝修,好古香古色。估唔到晚上都提供套餐,平平地已經有沙律,湯同埋主食。燒牛舌,串燒火候掌握得好好,牛舌彈牙juice,用少少鹽調味,已經可以食出食材本身鮮甜味。醬油漬鯖魚刺身,好少見嘅刺身。鯖魚預先用日式醬油醃制過,所以除咗酸甜味,仲有淡淡醬香味。刺身全部大件厚切,入口軟嫩鮮甜。火炙左口魚邊壽司(2件),用火槍大火炙燒左口魚邊,逼出多餘魚油。魚邊嫩到入口即化,還帶有少少焦香,簡直係人間美味。三文魚茶漬飯,哩間餐廳把飯做成飯團造型,頂上再加埋三文魚肉同紫菜,最得意係日式高湯裡面加入大量炸米。日式高湯湯底透徹,飲落柴魚味好香濃,好正。米飯撈埋三文魚肉同日式高湯,清甜爽口,全部食曬TIM。
