中秋節又係姊妹團圓的時候,所以我地一班為食姊妹又出動去食好西,去尖沙咀金馬倫道33號The Cameron 1樓102號舖的一間叫《彤》的餐廳食Omakasa。Omakaso即係餐牌由廚師發辦,我地坐定定係到等驚喜,享受食物!我最喜鍾意個秋刀魚壽司,熊海老壽司,北海道產鱈魚白子和富良野赤肉蜜瓜。秋刀魚壽司,廚師將新鮮的秋刀魚切一小小格,點上醬汁,令醬汁更容易黏附在魚身,表面一層銀色魚皮好有光澤,獨特的秋刀魚味配上蔥花,味道一絕!熊海老壽司,隻蝦有2隻手指咁肥😍成隻大蝦切開一半,再包入壽司飯,啖啖蝦肉放入口,蝦肉鮮甜又彈牙,好味😋北海道產鱈魚白子,魚既精子做咗岩鹽嘅鹽燒,好creamy既口感,大廚將白子燒到表面微焦,所以食到有咸香味。白子的油脂感比較重,所以怕油膩的,可以加檸檬汁一齊食,口感會比較清爽。富良野赤肉蜜瓜,呢個蜜瓜冇得輸,蜜瓜多汁,味道清甜,口感清爽。

位於尖沙咀嘅呢間““彤””, 都係一貫嘅傳統日本裝修。特別想講下佢檯面上嘅餐具,幾得意,筷子座係條魚嚟嘅。另外仲有個好得意嘅茶壺同埋寫住酒字嘅杯。😍前菜非常豐富,個菠菜水母前菜配和風汁,菠菜同水母都融入曬醬汁非常入味。汁煮姫粒貝啖啖肉日又新鮮增添飽肚感。之後仲可以試到靜岡縣產水果蕃茄,真係有日本嘅清甜味道呀。😍日本花咲蟹簡直令唔鍾意食蟹嘅人都會試呀。佢擺盤已經好靚好搶眼,紅色就似一朵火紅嘅花咁。蟹肉再加上土佐啫喱,酸酸甜甜咁,令成個感覺更佳。😍大拖羅基本上係去日本必試嘅。佢係比較矜貴嘅部位,口感同食霜降和牛一樣,入口即溶,食完都覺得零舍高級。😍熊海老壽司。見到咁大隻蝦真係冇理由唔食呀,淨係啖啖肉都已經值得一讚,而加上佢新鮮嘅鮮甜簡直係一大享受。

媽媽生日🎂同佢去試下新野,食啲佢又未食過的野,訂左枱去去尖沙咀金馬倫道33號The Cameron 1樓102號舖的一間叫《彤》的餐廳吃飯慶祝。吞拿魚醬油漬壽司,呢件壽司好豪華。用左紫蘇,赤身,中拖羅,蘿蔔,大蔥做成魚生卷,再放係壽司飯上面。睇得出師傅的用心同巧手,仲滿足左客人的胃口。北海道產鱈魚白子,做咗岩鹽嘅鹽燒好creamy既口感,大廚將白子燒到表面微焦,所以食到有咸香味。白子的油脂感比較重,所以怕油膩的,可以加檸檬汁一齊食,口感會比較清爽。日本花咲蟹土佐啫喱,酸酸甜甜,呢道菜顏色紅彤彤好靚,啖啖蟹肉入口,酸酸甜甜的啫喱入口即溶,變左花咲蟹的醬汁,仲配左少少咸鮮的魚子醬,口感更豐富,酸酸甜甜好開胃,令花咲蟹鮮味更特出。大蜆麵豉湯,鮮甜的大蜆配上咸咸地的麵豉湯,好飲呀!
